★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní sortiment, bohužel dnes v cca 16:45h. naprosto nikdo za pokladnou. Čekání před prázdnou pokladnou bylo velmi nepříjemné, obzvláště s dítětem v kočárku, kterému bylo v prodejně horko (při sundání horních svršků naopak zima, protože pokladna je hned u vchodu, kde z venku hodně fouká). Od personálu ani náznak omluvy.
Quality assortment, unfortunately today at about 4:45 p.m. absolutely no one behind the cash register. Waiting in front of an empty cash register was very unpleasant, especially with a child in a pram who was hot in the store (it was cold when removing the upper uppers, because the cash register is right at the entrance, where it blows a lot from the outside). No hint of apology from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již poněkolikáté chybně uvedená cena u produktu. Věta typu “máme moc akcí, velká prodejna” mě osobně nepřijde jako dostatečná omluva, když mám zaplatit plnou cenu za produkt. Pracoval jsem v obchodě, kde moje oddělení bylo minimálně 10x větší a přesto, pokud došlo k takovému omylu, zákazník dostal cenu nižší. Zde bohužel, lidská chyba stane se, ale přístup chybný ve všech směrech..
The price of the product has been incorrectly stated several times. A phrase like "we have a lot of action, a big store" doesn't come to me personally as an excuse to pay the full price for a product. I worked in a store where my department was at least 10 times larger and yet, if such an error occurred, the customer received a lower price. Here, unfortunately, human error happens, but the approach is wrong in every way ..
