Important place of czech history. This is the place, where czech church reformator Jan Hus preached. Now the Czech Technical University owns this place and serves mostly its official events, like graduation. Most of the days it's open and very worth visiting.

The interior is from when the church was rebuilt in the 1950s. But the upstairs has a great timeline of Jan Hus and Bethlehem Chapel.

Amazing experience in the place which such a powerful history. Very well preserved and reconstructed together with interesting exposition mainly consisting of the boards with historical overview of Hus himself (his house is still preserved at the place) and the chapel.

My son has a test on Tuesday on Jan Hus and the following Hussite Wars, so we came to have a better picture in his mind of what, where, when… the guides were very kind and helpful to a 4th grader, and they all assured him he will ace the test! We love walking in the footsteps of history…

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. It was particularly heartwaming to learn more of the history of the Chapel and also Jan Hus the Czech Reformer who took a stand against some of the practices of the Church he felt were unbiblical and also was determined that Services would be conducted in the Czech language.

The lady inside is lovely and takes care of tourists who want to see the place. There are guides in multiple languages. The place is modest and impressive at the same time. There are marvellous paintings on the walls and you can feel the spirit of a lecture hall.

Great place to visit with kids. Lady that makes the glass animals while you watch was phenomenal.
