★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were moody. Spoke only 18 words (I counted) and smiled once. Service, cleanliness and value is good, although frendliness and overall customer service is not. The woman who did my eyebrows sighed several times, and rolled her eyes. If I’m ever coming back, it won’t be for the customer service.
