★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done here today....while girls that did them was lovely and finish is great ......I feel that I was hugely overcharged. I was charged 1683chez for 2 week opi nail polish .I left shop without questioning it as had plans to catch friends but when I told them of price they were annoyed as was I.....looking at price list I can't see or justify the charge. I have since rang the shop only to be told that I was charged for manicure which I did not request or was told that it was included in a gel polish.I have spent 4 days in this beautiful city and this was the first time that I felt ripped off. €72 for cuticle file and 2 week polish.....a total ripoff off?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of this shop is rude!! I went in this morning right when they opened at 9:00 and was told they didn't do acrylic fills, ONLY manicures and that they were full for the whole day without even offering to book me for a different day. I then walked to their sister store (exact same store, company ect) and a very NICE employee told me they were full but the first salon did indeed do acrylic fills. Why do you have to LIE to tourists??? If you're too lazy or don't want our money just put a sign outside and we will spend our money elsewhere. I'm a great tipper too so HER loss!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted very nicely (in English, thankfully). Then taken into a comfortable private room for a pedicure. A much nicer experience than the states pedicures I've had.The prices are reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need an appointment, I walked in and asked to make an appointment, I was first shown a calculator with the price of 2300 czk for an acrylic fill. $100 usd, I found a place nearby for the half the cost. Not thrilled with the way I was treated either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful salon and wonderful experience. I usually get a pedicure every 5-6 weeks but this was, easily, one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I highly recommend it. They opens at 9 so you can get a pedi and be ready for your day sightseeing by 10:30. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who did my nails was very rude, she cut my finger and then seemed to joke about it to her colleagues and the other customers, she did not appologise to me, it was painfull and embarrassing. It was my engagement day, so i wanted my hands to look nice, instead I walked out with a bleeding finger. She didnt even say goodbye when she finished. The rest of the staff seemed very nice though, the girl from the reception was super sweet and helped to repair the damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, nice service but they charged me $110 for a pedicure with gel polish. Got the tourist price and when I asked them to show to me on the list they said it's not on their price list. Yeah... need to ask for prices before even though I live here I still live and learn.
