H	Helsy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were supposed to have an "upgraded" special room and it didn't look anything special. I deduct 1* because the cleaning was not properly made and shower was loose. Breakfast was amazing and hotel in general really looks like a palace.
S	Sarah Follie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience! Very beautiful and classic hotel combined with a restaurant serving delicious food! The staff was very friendly. We had someone in a wheelchair who was taken well care off (e.g. Larger room, parkinspace,..) we also had some problems with our room card, but they handled it quickly and we were ready to go. Breakfast was large and yummy. Everything somebody could possible need. Dinner was delicious as well. Price was more than ok for that service! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast, outstanding. The parking is right in front of the entrance, and it's very affordable. I forgot my running gear in the hotel room, and they sent it to our office in Berlin without hesitation. Great customer service. I will surely come back! Compliments to the hotel staff!

T	T V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is in a very nice building and in a very convenient area. The dining area is nice and breakfasts very good. We stayed in a junior suite for more than a week. The room was quite nice and spacious (the bedroom smaller). A problem is that it faces a very busy street with lots of noisy traffic, including trams. I would not be able to sleep without all windows tightly closed. The room did not have airconditioning (though we were told it wad planned for the future). Fortunately, we had cold weather, otherwise we would have to leave. Further, the room service was rather poor: they came twice during more than a week (and once just brought towels). The beds were not done even once. In two days, we had to ask the reception to give us toilet paper and remove thrash. We were told this was due to Covid measures, but it did not seem completely trustworthy. One more positive aspect: the receptionists and especially one of them (I think he once mentioned he was from Prague) were very friendly and helpful. Hence, ***-.
