K	Kakamelie k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Minimálně 20 minut jsem seděla na terase, číšník na mě několikrát koukal (vzdálenost 3 metry) a ani jednou nepřišel, kouřil si cigaretku a vykecával. Nikdy víc!!! Catastrophe. I sat on the terrace for at least 20 minutes, the waiter looked at me several times (3 meters away) and never came, smoked a cigarette and talked. Never more!!!

Místo toho aby se obsluha omluvila, tak ještě něco pronesla na obranu. Už nikdy více... I do not recommend. Service non-professional. We ordered 3 glasses of wine. Each wine was in a different glass. Glasses dirty from lipstick. Instead of apologizing, the staff said something in defense. Nevermore...

P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vecerni posezeni s vyhledem na radnici nas zlakalo na koktejl, jen napojovy listek nebyl k precteni, byl udajne destem rozmaceny (2 tydny uz neprselo). Behem piti napoju jsme vypozorovali, ze sklenicky na longdrinky jsou obsluhou pouze oplachovany v kybliku pod barem a jsou dal pouzivany. Na zdravi! Evening sitting with a view of the town hall lured us for a cocktail, only the drink sheet was not read, it was supposedly broken down by the rain (2 weeks no longer). During the drink drinking we observed that the longdrink glasses are only rinsed by the operator in a bucket under the bar and are used. Cheers!
K	Karen Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Někdy jsem pracovala v této kavárně. Management byl děsivý, paní majitelka na všem jen šetřila peníze, číšníky neposlouchala. Někdo z personálu kradl kačky z pokladny, tak místo toho aby zjistila kdo to byl, svedla to na nováčky. Přičemž starší servírku K. která do aperolů dávala plesnivé pomeranče nekontrolovaná vůbec. Zřejmě se ji tento přístup k zákazníkům líbil víc. Bylo to před 3 roky ale pochybuju že se něco změnilo. Jaký majitel, takový podnik. I used to work in this cafe. The management was scary, the owner just saved money on everything, did not listen to the waiters. One of the staff stole the ducks from the cash register, so instead of finding out who it was, she led the newcomers. And the older waitress K., who put moldy oranges in aperoli unchecked at all. Apparently she liked this approach to customers more. It was 3 years ago but I doubt anything has changed. What an owner, what an enterprise.
R	Richard Pučan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dali jsme si kávu a dort. Příjemná obsluha, byli jsme spokojeni. Cool Café je normální kavárna, jakých najdete po česku tisíce. Nic vyjímečného, ale ani vyloženě špatného. Kdo chce kafe, tak ať zajde. We had coffee and cake. Pleasant staff, we were satisfied. Cool Café is a normal café, which you will find in the Czech Republic thousands. Nothing extraordinary, but not downright bad. Who wants coffee and whatever goes.
