★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U vaší VZP nelze běžným způsobem (telefonicky)získat informace, pokud nedám souhlas ke zpracování osobních dat. Pobočka v Liberci Vzdušná ulice je trvale neobsazeno obsluhou telefonu.
With your VZP it is not possible to obtain information in a normal way (by telephone) unless I consent to the processing of personal data. Branch in Liberec Air Street is permanently unoccupied with telephone operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nová pobočka je výrazně příjemnější než původní, která působila dost klaustrofóbně. Ale i zde poměrně dlouho čekám... nevím, jestli jsem jen smolař nebo prostě nestíhají.
The new branch is much more pleasant than the original one, which looked quite claustrophobic. But here I have been waiting for quite a long time ... I don't know if I'm just a loser or just not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto pobočku zcela nedoporučuji, rodiče s malými dětmi varuji. Dnes odsud byla vykázána moje manželka s malým dítětem, protože plakalo. Podle zaměstnankyně se zde s jeho pláčem špatně pracuje. Venku bylo chladno a větrno. Velmi smutné jednání.
I do not recommend this branch completely, parents with small children warn. Today my wife with a small child was banished from here because it was crying. According to the employee, his crying is difficult to work here. It was cold and windy outside. Very sad behavior.
