Na druhoustranu, kdyz nepracujete a nikam kazdy den nemusite, neni to zase az takovy problem, ne? Prisla jsem, pani na recepci byla prijemna, se vsemi dokumenty mi pomohla, zkontrolovala vsechny informace a pomohla mi vyplnit prazdna mista. Pani, co me registrovala byla take prijemna a usmevava, vsechno jsme vyresily v poklidu a do 20 minut jsem odchazela. A pani, co me mela v registraci se mi take snazila co nejvice vyjit vstric a vyresit vsechny prekazky, ktere u me nastaly. Je fakt, ze praci jsem si nasla sama a nemam rodinu, takze v tomto ohledu jsem to mela jednodussi. Mozna staci mit trochu ucty, pokory a pozitivni pristup (ikdyz chapu, ze pro nektere je to tezke obdobi a maji spoustu jimych starosti kolem), ale bez toho, aby se clovek sam snazil to proste nejde. After reading the review, I must say that it is true that the office hours are quite short ... But not in other cities. On the other side, when you don't work and you don't have to go anywhere every day, it's not such a problem, is it? I came, the lady at the reception was nice, she helped me with all the documents, checked all the information and helped me fill in the blanks. The lady who registered me was also pleasant and smiling, we solved everything in peace and within 20 minutes I left. And the lady who had me in the registration also tried to meet me as much as possible and solve all the obstacles that occurred to me. It's a fact that I found the job myself and I don't have a family, so in this respect I had it easier. Maybe it is enough to have a little respect, humility and a positive attitude (although I understand that for some it is a difficult period and they have a lot of worries about them), but without a person trying to do it simply is not possible.

Z	Zaqill :D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z mého pohledu tragédie, pán na recepci, u kterého se řeší nové evidence byl naprosto arogantní a to může být pro lidi, co přijdou poprvé (jako jsem třeba já) velice stresující, příště bych ocenil trochu více snahy a ochoty pomoct. From my point of view of tragedy, the gentleman at the reception dealing with the new records was absolutely arrogant and it can be very stressful for people who come for the first time (like me), the next time I would appreciate a little more effort and willingness to help.

Nyní jsem nezaměstnaná a docházím na tento ÚP, vždy si beru knihu a hezky si počkám, až budu na řadě - to doporučuji i Vám. It depends. Behind the counter, the same gentleman has probably been since the coup. It depends on who you come across as everywhere. Now I am unemployed and I go to this ÚP, I always take a book and wait a long time when it's my turn - I recommend it to you too.
b	bertulka boubelka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu sem nechodím ráda. Až na schůzce s 3 úřednici jsem se dozvěděla, že jsem se klidně mohla nahlásit na UP v HK, když to mám blíž a HK znám lépe. Proč tyhle informace nedostane člověk hned? Přijde mi zbytečné na ÚP jezdit. Stejně se vždy dozvím, že pro mně nemají žádnou nabídku a že si práci musím najít sama. No a žádost o rekvalifikaci!? To je kapitola sama o sobě. Na ÚP jsem přes 20 let nebyla a přijdu si jak ve zlém snu. I really don't like coming here. It was only at a meeting with 3 clerks that I learned that I could easily report to UP in HK when I got closer and I knew HK better. Why doesn't you get this information right away? I find it unnecessary to ride on ÚP. Anyway, I always find out that they have no offer for me and that I have to find a job myself. And a request for retraining !? This is a chapter in itself. I have not been to ÚP for over 20 years and I will come to my dream.
N	Natálie Filipovová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem na linku ,neuvěřitelně nepříjemný týpek ,na moji otázku ki odpovídal stylem “To si udělejte jak chcete vy” ,takže ráda nad zlato . Bez rozloučení hovor položil . Volala jsem tedy na Call centrum ,jelikož mi přišlo ,že pán ví asi velký ho*no :)) děkuji lince pro celou ČR a hlavně paní,která byla milá a opravdu poradila a dobře poradila . Kdybych dala na rady pána ,tak neudělám věc ,která se má udělat :)) Většího inteligenta tam posadit nemohli I called the line, an incredibly annoying guy, who answered my question in a "Do it the way you want" style, so she likes it. He hung up without saying goodbye. So I called the Call Center, because it occurred to me that the gentleman probably knows a great hotel :)) thank you to the line for the whole Czech Republic and especially the lady who was nice and really advised and advised well. If I take the advice of my master, I won't do the thing to do :)) They couldn't put a bigger intelligent in there
