★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly discourage. The owner is arrogant, was confirming possiility of changing the date and two days ahead completely changed his mind, was lying about any agreement and didn’t even want to bother to discuss. Booking.com confirmed he was not replying to emails or calls, in the end there were two frustrated service desk agents because of his behaviour and I have lost all the money for accommodation. Not at all fair owner.
Silně nedoporučuji!!! Majitel je arogantnî, ubytování jsem měla zařízené přes booking. Chtěla jsem změnu termínu, což jsem měla písemně potvrzené, ale na dotazy bookingu nereagoval, nezvedal telefon. Dva dny předem změnil názor, odkazoval se na spory s bookingem. Na konci byly dvě velmi frustrované agentky z booking.com zákaznické linky, majitel na ně byl sprostý, moje snahy o řešení skončily jeho típnutím telefonu. Rozhodně nefér jednání, vzhledem ke snaze a dlouhé době předem, kdy jsem to řešila. Finálnî odpověď byla, že v písemném potvrzení změny není podepsaný on jako majitel, ale pouze iniciály.

I strongly do not recommend !!! The owner is arrogant, I had accommodation furnished through booking. I wanted to change the date, which I had confirmed in writing, but did not respond to booking questions, did not answer the phone. He changed his mind two days in advance, referring to booking disputes. In the end, there were two very frustrated agents from the booking.com customer line, the owner was rude to them, my efforts to solve it ended with his typing. Definitely unfair to deal with, given the effort and the long time before I dealt with it. The final answer was that he was not signed in the written confirmation of the change as the owner, but only the initials.
