★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking to get great service, dont come here durring the day. The watress is terrible and actually hates people walking in, you are greeted with a look of "oh not again". After you sit down, you are made to wait and after 10 minutes of no longer able to wait, you have to walk up to the bar tender to get your first drinks...the kitchen is amazing (thats the stars for the food) and the food comes out at a respectable time. However, the lady waitress still had to get reminded to get us refills on the drinks, which after the fact we seemed to be put on her "black list". Next time we will try to go to a different waiter side, the food is really good...
Dont go to the blond haired waitress with no name tag...noone told me her name. Enjoy ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first impression was this place would be a relief after all the catastrophic experience eating out in Karlovy Vary.
The interiors are quite ok, music is fine, stuff is friendly.
But food! Firstly, there are no vegetarian options except omelet and baked broccoli. So I took the broccoli. It took over 30 min to cook it, and when it arrived it was still frozen cold inside. I mean they did not even heat it properly!!! Give me a break, how hard can it be ?
I give 2 starts only as garlic soup and potato dumplings (called so on the menu, in reality potato bread) were quite ok.
