I love her approach, it doesn’t feel overwhelming and she works with you to recognise certain thought patterns and works with you to find ways that help your mental well-being. If you’re looking to better your life and need support, I’d recommend seeing her. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend Genevieve both as person and profesional. She is respectful, empathetic and makes you feel comfortable. I can guarantee that you will feel 100% that you are in a safe space.
Her way of working is a bit different of the "traditional psychology". She won't just sit and listen for an hour. Instead, she will interact with you often, trying to make you identify, realise and understand things that might escape to you and with that she will grant you with tools to work towards overcoming different challenges you might be facing. She empowers you, teaches you how to approach a situation from a different perspective, breaking cycles, patterns that usually keep us blocked.
Changes won't happen overnight but, I assure that you will leave each session feeling a bit a better after meeting with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genevieve is a really caring and gentle therapist. She helped me a lot at a time when I really needed it. I especially like her method, which I find very empowering: I have the impression that she mentored me towards taking my own decisions and commitment to improve my quality of life and reach my goals, rather than trying to force an expected results into me. I was reluctant to see any sort of therapist until I finally decided to take the step to contact her, and I have no regrets whatsoever.
