Bohužel v případě kusu nepovedeného budete panem majitelem společnosti nařčeni ze všeho možného i nemožného a s poukazem na to, že jedná o prémiový výrobek, který je vždy 100% kvalitní, nebude vašemu požadavku na opravu vyhověno, resp. se o opravu ani nikdo nepokusí. Podotýkám, že vada se týká špatně napnuté potahové látky sedáku krabatící se v místě sezení a židle nebyla používána. Přesto je vám pan majitel schopen tvrdit, že jde o vadu vzniklou opotřebením a že to je stejné jako varhánky na nošených botách. Tento přístup ve stylu náš zákazník=blbec bohužel úplně zničil příznivý dojem z kvalitního českého výrobku a dobrý pocit z jiných dodaných kusů. PS Dal bych to bez hvězdičky, ale to nejde :-(

Unfortunately, in the case of a failed piece, you will be accused by the owner of the company of everything possible and impossible, and with the indication that it is a premium product, which is always 100% quality, your request for repair will not be complied with, resp. no one will even try to repair it. I note that the defect concerns a poorly stretched upholstery of the seat creasing in the seating area and the chair was not used. Nevertheless, the owner is able to tell you that it is a defect caused by wear and that it is the same as the organ on the shoes worn. Unfortunately, this approach in the style of our customer = jerk completely destroyed the favorable impression of a quality Czech product and the good feeling from other delivered pieces. PS I would give it without an asterisk, but it doesn't work :-(
