★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme v tomto obchodě střešní nosiče na líže a další věci. Hned na začátku byl problém z montáží aj když odchod tuto službu za poplatek nabízí. Paní mně odbila že nemají na to čas. Pokud nemají zájem o klienta neměli by tento servis nabízet. Profesionalita nulová.
 We bought roof racks for licks and other things in this shop. Right at the beginning there was a problem with the assembly, although the departure offers this service for a fee. The lady told me they didn't have time. If they are not interested in the client, they should not offer this service. Professionalism zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslední dobou sem chodím nějak často. Personál ochotný a rád poradi. Kočárek Thule urban jsem si tu suprově dotunil. Snad jediné co vytknout je parkování před prodejnou to je na proražení olejové vany. Takže za to ta jedna hvězda dolů. Jinak fajn obchod kde seženete skoro vše a co nemají to objednají.
I've been coming here a lot lately. Staff helpful and happy to advise. I pushed the Thule urban stroller here brilliantly. Perhaps the only thing to complain about is parking in front of the store, which is to break through the oil bath. So for that one star down. Otherwise, a nice shop where you can get almost everything and they don't order it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 19.5.2022 jsme objednali střešní nosič a nosič kol na kouli. Při dodání od výrobce jsme na jednom střešním nosiči našli prasklý plastový díl. Hned v pondělí 23.5..2022 jsem kontaktoval obchod a oni nám hned poslali náhradní, který nám dorazil následující den. Tak skvělý obchod a rychlé jednání jsme dlouho neviděli. Obchod můžu vřele doporučit.
On May 19, 2022, we ordered a roof rack and a bike rack on a ball. Upon delivery from the manufacturer, we found a cracked plastic part on one roof rack. I contacted the store on Monday, May 23, 2022, and they immediately sent us a replacement, which arrived the next day. We haven't seen such a great deal and quick negotiations for a long time. I can highly recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was disappointing! We went there in order to buy a stroller and a roof box. Staff was so disinterested that it is hard to believe. We left and will definitely buy somewhere else. A few tips for the shop: Maybe you could show a little bit of interest in the customers, his needs and the products you want to sell. You might want to ask what products one is looking for, for which purpose and maybe even for which car model. If you then showcase the products, explaining its features you could win loyal customers. But if you see customers as annoyance than you got a problem. For us it was a waste of time to drive there.
