Once a great company, now a shame and part of the Prague taxi swamp. Now overcharging, Skoda Octavia with broken parts (they claim to drive Audi and Skoda Kodiaq), unnerved drivers, drivers don't speak English (they claim all do), driver waiting in his car instead of with a name sign in the arrivals hall etc.. After sure more than 1.500 airport journeys booked with them, I am giving up. Every other journey now turns sour some way. There is no point in paying a Tick Tack premium for a journey which on average is as bad as others.

I asked driver if I can pay by card and driver said yes in English. He lied and took me to the atm by the street. I expect honesty and this company priority must be your money. From airport to hotel in prague paid 1000 kornoas which equals £40 euro. Avoid.

Several months ago it was very nice, luxury service with only Audi cars and english speaking drivers in shirts. So the service was worth to pay 1.5 more than other taxis in Prague, especially for business trips. Now it's a not funny joke - the cabs are dirty with smell of cigarettes, drivers are rude and don't speak English. Taxis on international airport do not accept American Express cards, which are used by most of foreign companies as corporate cards! And they inform about this at the very end of the trip, when the card terminal "does not work, sorry!" (it happened to me 3 times on the airport). What is more, even when you want to pay Visa or Mastercard, drivers are very unhappy and ask for cash. If some taxi drivers read that - don't be surprised that Uber takes you job!

Never again. I ordered a taxi to drive me to my wedding. I called 2 weeks before the wedding to book a car. They knew it was supposed to be for my wedding and they sent a super old horrible car. It was such a fail. I expected a standard white good car with a driver properly dressed. Instead we got some old vehicle with a driver poorly dressed...I don’t understand.

DO NOT USE taxi service in the airport after landing. The office looks like a usual taxi service, but it is the office of bounders. When you book the taxi nice girl says you the price, if you ask her to get payment in advance she will refuse and say that the payment is possible in the taxi. When you arrived at the hotel the driver says you more higher price. We faced with this situation when booked taxi for 140 Euro to Karlovy Vary, but at the point of destination the driver said 170 Euro. He said that the girl should give us a payslip on 140 Euro. If you don't have any possibility to book taxi please find any other service, NOT in the airport.

Nice cars, very helpful and polite drivers. Highly recommended, despite you pay a bit more. Edit: Although people write that there is a difference in service with a new owner, my experience is still positive. Very polite driver arrived on time. Just Skoda Kodiaq replaced former Audi A6 but it is still comfortable and spacious car so can't complain.

I have used Tick Tack since they started offering services. It has always been a bit more expensive, but the cars are much better and cleaner than your average taxi in any city. The drivers are all professionals - well, I had one who was new to Prague and we ended up late after a long drive around, but I assumed he was avoiding traffic and not that the app was down :-( I had one other occasion when the car was late arriving that was also rather dramatic, but twice in some four years is not that bad. In general, the level of service and technology is great - just a few rough patches from time to time. I have that in my own business, so I understand.

The today’s taxi driver was inadequate racist and aggressive. When he called me to say that he is here, I was standing beside the car. So he had waited for us only for maximum 1 minute. When I answered his call, I said that I was near the car.Suddenly he snapped roughly, mocking my accent. I thought that it seemed to me. So I reached the car, took my child on my hands, he was out of car, opened trunk and was staring at me so aggressive without any reason, it looked like if he imagine how to dismember me. So I have baby on my hands and trying with other hand to raise and put stroller to the trunk ( the stroller was light, it is yoyo babyzen). I asked him politely if he could help me with stroller. (Other drivers have always helped me) He started to make the air blue and screaming on me. I took my stuff and refused to drive with him. Really outrageous service.
