Terrible service, actually, no service at all. In heavy rain taxi driver (woman) arrived in the middle of nowhere, didn't know the main spots of the place (shopping centre and bus station at Zlicin) and asked client to search its car along the highway (again, it was cold and heavy rain!) and refused to search for a compromise (to drive to bus station or to the shopping center parking)! Don't they have GPS? Are they more restricted and unexperienced than other taxi drivers? Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a car because I saw their rates online. Driver never called to let me know he arrived, as promised, and they literally sent a taxi from a different company with much higher rates. Not impressed at all. At least with AAA taxi, I always get what I want, and the dispatch people are at least pleasant and helpful, even at 5 am. Don't even think about calling these guys after 10, no one will answer.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I pre-paid at the airport desk for a ride back to the airport from my hotel. I was given a voucher and told “the computer system was down” at that time, so I had to call and schedule the ride myself via the number on the voucher card. The ride was scheduled by me, and the driver showed up at the appropriate time. When I got to my destination, I handed the driver money for tip and asked him if he could give me back X amount since I handed him a large bill. He laughed in my face, took my money, put it in his pocket, and told me I owed him all of that money for the ride, even though the voucher I gave him clearly stated how much I had already paid (the voucher was actually worth LESS than the amount he took from me!!). He took the voucher and my money and drove away. I was by myself and not in a place where I could argue the completely disrespectful and dishonest gesture. He literally STOLE MY MONEY AND DROVE AWAY. What a complete LOSER, that he has to steal from a young woman knowing she is vulnerable in a foreign country. DO. NOT. TAKE. THIS. TAXI. SERVICE!!!!!! **went to the airport desk to complain - and they told me they are “unable to process refunds at this desk” HA!! Unbelievable. Thanks ONLY to my bank, I disputed the charge and I will be getting my money back.

Absolutely disgusting experience, rudest taxi driver, who doesn't Know how to get to the requested address, but feels that it’s ok to comment on the health of my kids in a rude manner! More than that the starting price of our very short journey was 43 czk, and in the end we paid the amount that I’d normally pay for a premium taxi service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, although I’m sure there are nice drivers too, but wouldn’t sacrifice my nerves and mood for a chance to ever see this one again and for sure the price you pay is not the cheapest, however the service and cars are.

This is a change from my previous review. After a bad experience with the taxi that drove me from the airport to Prague, I made my complaint to Taxi Praha, and they were quick to answer my mail, apologize and send me my money back. Thank you specially to Petra Balová, who made all the arrangements. Bad experience. At the airport desk, we ordered a taxi to Smichov, Prague 5. We were told that we could get a round-tip ticket: it would be a fixed fee of 28€ to Prague and 21€ back to the airport; and we would be able to pay with our credit card. To our surprise, when we reached our destination, we had to pay 35€ and the taxi driver said credit cards were not accepted (a few hours later that evening, our daughter made the same trip for just 19€ and she was able to pay with her credit card with a different company). There was no problem with the trip back to the airport a few days later.

I landed at the airport of Prague on Thursday 08/10/2020 at 20:56. I took a cab of this company (taxi.eu) at 21:09 to go to Prague 5. I arrived at destination at 21:32, so 23 minutes later (normal time for this travel). Once at destination, the driver asked me to pay 928 Kc. I told him that there must be a mistake: I live in Prague for 1 year and a half; and that was the first time that the exact same travel between the airport and my place costed me more than 600 Kc. The driver became aggressive and argued. I asked him for the receipt and he manually changed the amont on the receipt to 826 Kc (why suddenly this reduction of price ?), then asked me to pay. When I told him that I was paying by card, he again changed the amount and entered 750 Kc on his device. Please see below both receipts as a proof: the one of the taxi and the one after payment, received by email. Also, please note that the receipt says that the travel started at 20:44 and ended at 21:32, hence 48 minutes !!! This is absolutely impossible to take 48 minutes from the airport to Prague 5 at this time of the day ! This is the first time and the last time I'm dealing with Taxi.eu. I always used to travel with Tick Tack Taxi and they always have been very professional. Moreover, as stated above, the price always has been around 550 Kc. The last one was even 485 Kc, really far from 930 !!! It seems that either the driver thought I was a tourist and tried to scam me; or this company thinks it's legitimate to charge almost twice the price of the concurrence. Either way, I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

The taxi driver frauded us. He asked us 40e from the airport to the center. Bear in mind that taxi should cost 30e if you book with the app while the cost of Uber/bolt is about 16e. The taxi drive was also intimitading us when we asked the reason of this overprice. Hope my experience will help other tourist.

Late taxi, terrible customer service. I ordered a taxi 40 minutes in advance. Despite that, the taxi was more than 30 minutes late. I called another company in order not to miss my flight. Another time I needed an invoice and was told to call the central number. The lady there didn't speak English very well, didn't understand what I wanted and didn't even want to, tried to brush me off repeatedly.
