At 6-9 in the evening, the speed is terrible, and when the provider comes in, he always tells them to hand over the problem to a serviceman who will never hear and the technician will never send. The pinnacle of everything is that stupid woman sitting on the other side of the phone talking nonsense.

In any case, as there is a problem with the connection at the weekend, no one is able, let alone willing, to put it in any way. The technician purposefully rejects the call even though he knows about the problem and has been informed. Obviously, there is no readiness at this connection provider, so you have been without the Internet for some time, although it is quite obvious that the error is not on your side. According to them, '' you can be without a connection for 5 days '' and the only thing they will tell you is: "It's your fault, it's your fault" And that's how they get money for service? As I have already been told twice: Even if I pay for the VIP service, no one will go anywhere for one person and they want to pay extra for other services? They are not even able to keep my tariff fully functional and the speed at which one pays. For me as a person who needs the Internet 24h for my work (edit, video editing for unnamed companies and independent customers). daily, it is very below average. I can't recommend this company. Speed ​​is eternally unstable and there are only problems with it. This company is suitable for notification, investigation by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. They dictate payment for the service without any of them first finding out the cause of the problem and changing their decision on the fly. Find someone better in UH ​​District and don't run into this pofider company, one star from most users speaks for itself. If I had the chance, he wouldn't deserve a single star.
