I am absolutely dissatisfied with Mr Tlamka. After the first PC service, the errors were not removed and after a service complaint, Mr. Tlamka is not able to repair the PC in more than 2 months, he does not respond to the phones. Edit: Since it does not allow me to respond to the owner's contribution, I state in this way: ad1) Mr. Tlamko, these are exactly the same defects with which I had my computer for the first time, where I wrote to you the very next day after taking over the PC that the errors were not corrected and still nothing I had with you! If this is not a complaint, then I no longer know what it should be ... ad2) irrelevant information for me, you are sick from today we solve PC from 20.9 (expected implementation 30.9) ad3) the fact that I was informed by you do you mean that after a few phone calls in a few days you took my phone (you didn't bother to call back the previous one) and told me that you hadn't even looked at the PC after 2 months? Unfortunately, any active contact on your part and the effort to solve anything is zero for me. Don't be angry with me, but don't even look at the PC after 2 months, when you told me during the handover that you would look into it within a week and the implementation date is on the handover protocol at the end of September. And that I agreed to something? If I remember correctly, I was pretty "upset" by the phone for the implementation and especially the access on your part, and I told you that I would come for PC next week and have it fixed elsewhere, so I don't quite understand what I should have agreed with you. .
