Skvělý a přátelský přístup. Paní na telefonu byla velmi příjemná a ochotná.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod má přehledné stránky, vysvětlují tam principy produktů obecně s pochopitelným odkazem k nákupu - taže není to jen o tom slepě něco koupit bez dalších informací. Dobrá je i komunikace a případné instruktážní videa. Kupuji pravidelně cca 2 roky.
The store has clear pages, explaining the principles of products in general with an understandable link to purchase - so it's not just about blindly buying something without further information. Communication and possible instructional videos are also good. I buy regularly for about 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu jen doporučit. Měl jsem problém najít obchod kde bych nechal doplnit tiskový prášek do mojí tiskárny HP MFP 178nw. Objevil jsem tento e-shop kde byl krásně a jednoduše vysvětlený způsob doplnění a pokud je člověk trochu zručný není s doplněním sebemenší problém. Byl jsem i mile překvapen když za několik dní volala slečna z obchodu zda balíček došel v pořádku a zda jsem neměl s plněním potíže. Nabízela pomoc od technika v případě problémů s plněním ale mají pěkně zpracovaný video návod tak nebylo třeba. Kvalita tisku bez výhrad a podstatně nižší náklady na doplnění než kupovat repasované nebo dokonce originální tonery.
I can only recommend. I had trouble finding a store where I could add powder to my HP MFP 178nw printer. I discovered this e-shop where there was a beautifully and simply explained way of replenishment and if a person is a little skilled there is not the slightest problem with replenishment. I was also pleasantly surprised when a young lady from the store called in a few days to see if the package was OK and if I had any problems with the fulfillment. She offered help from a technician in case of filling problems but they had a nicely crafted video manual so there was no need. Unconditional print quality and significantly lower refill costs than buying remanufactured or even original toners.
