I do not recommend calling first with a question about spare parts and service of my existing truck, when I did not specify the correct type of truck. Unfortunately, we will buy trolleys for the company, so we will definitely not contact Toni Car in principle. Arrogant, reluctant ....

I rented a car lift, clear, matter-of-fact phone meetings. The lift was fine, it served me perfectly. They also lent me a reduction to the socket at no extra charge. They have plenty of space to park and turn around with a trailer. I recommend.

Very unpleasant experience. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called the rental man several times on the day of the trailer rental. I drove for a big truck trailer and the range was like that. So I call on the lord, so that he is not angry that I am coming close to closing time (16:30). The Lord told me that he had to leave, which of course I respect, but he told me to come. I have a 20-minute journey from Klánovice to Říčany, which I took as far as I could and arrived a few minutes before closing time. I had everything ready, money and documents in hand, it was enough to sign, pay, hitchhike and go. However, at that moment, the gentleman came up with the idea that he had already switched off the computer and that it was switched on for 15 minutes, that now he was gathering himself and going away. During our conversation I would have left with the wheelchair a long time ago, but not only was Mr. not willing to prepare anything, but after x calls that day he didn't even have the decency to call me that he was packing and not to be angry (if you did, he had I would still have time to rent a trailer elsewhere). I hope you read it, dear sir, you really mixed me up, and your actions were not a rush away, but a dust-free natrucpodnik to show me that you would close your eyes. I have a trailer from Tonicar, but from today I won't buy or buy another one from you, even though I had it planned. Perhaps no one else will have such an experience. Being the boss of this company, I would definitely choose someone more pleasant for such a position. I hope that, sir, that extra minute in that column helped you, have a beautiful day.

Euphemistically speaking, a non-tuned dealer who was not able to give me any information about the trailer. Trailers overpriced even after a discount or in "action". The worst is the feeling of being annoyed as a customer, and this is exactly the feeling I had when visiting this store. I prefer Hornbach, where they have the same one much cheaper and professional sellers treat the customer as if this do-it-yourself sanctuary belonged to them.

They have a large selection of trucks and spare parts, but I give 3 stars because they have a terrible service, the seller pretends that everything bothers him, etc. And unfortunately I must say that I do not know if I would choose this store for the second time if I should buy a new trailer.
