I do not recommend this e-shop. When returning the goods, they deducted the postage, which I originally had for free. I have not experienced this with any solid e-shop. I had to pay postage there and they were taken down for sending me the thing. So over 200 CZK for trying on a piece of clothing. It took them the longest time to get their money back

5/5, I bought over their e-shop pants that were larger and I needed to exchange them for a smaller size in a different shade. The trousers have been replaced by the carrier "on a turn" without any problems, in addition they inform you by phone that they are currently sending the initial shipment. Nice approach for me and no long waits.

Beautiful spacious shop, but service a disaster. The young man with the beard on the first floor of the store acts as if everyone who comes to spend money bothers him just by breathing. It occurred to me that he was just trying to find the fastest way not to please me and get rid of me so that he could return to Facebook on the computer behind his desk. I will never shop here again!

Large assortment of goods, good communication with the store, they can advise on selection, fast delivery. The big plus is the 10% discount if you order from them often. The only minus is the exchange of goods when you choose the wrong size, you pay postage. 9/10

I have already bought a number of things here through the e-shop. Always satisfaction with the speed of sending and communication. Because buying clothes without the opportunity to try them is always a bit of a gamble, I went on a long-planned trip from Prague to Olomouc, took a vacation and wrote down a bunch of things I want to try. I was quite looking forward to it. The store is pleasantly spacious, so one does not feel that someone is still clinging to his back when looking at the goods. Correct and professional service. Unfortunately, then there is one big disappointment. Virtually all the clothes in the most common sizes L and XL or XXL that I wanted to try were not there at all. Only limit sizes like XS, S or 3XL. I didn't expect everything to be in stock, but such a shortage really surprised me, especially for the most common sizes. The result was that after an hour and a half of wandering, I left without a single thing I went for, without at least trying it out in a different color, for example, and when it was available, he bought it through the e-shop. Total fiasco :) I was wondering if it would be such a problem to just keep a set of sizes in one color from each item as unsaleable samples, which one can at least try there and check if they can order them later through the e-shop when they are available. This would keep the customer still in the trading system and even if not immediately, he would buy there. This is just a way to look elsewhere. Related to this is the fact that many things that reported to be in stock were not even in the store in a specific size in the end, so somehow it is not possible to plan ahead and it does not make sense for customers from a greater distance to go there physically if they want to try something. Only perhaps in the form of a large order with a personal collection, where they will try everything on that occasion.
