V telefonu se mi pan omlouval a nabidl nuprol 4 za stejnou cenu jako omluvu za chybu na webu kde byl plyn skladem :) Mnohokrat dekuji :) Great communication and approach :) The ordered nuprol 3 was not in stock. On the phone, Mr. apologized to me and offered nuprol 4 for the same price as an apology for a mistake on the web where the gas was in stock :) Thank you very much :)

Poté se mi snažil pomoct a sehnal díly, které měli v jiných shopech vyprodané a za přívětivější ceny. Obrovská ochota a pomoc při výběru. Hodnotím 5* ;-) I came across a dealer in an airsoft group. I arranged the goods with him and brought them to the event the next day. Then he tried to help me and got parts that they sold out in other shops and at more friendly prices. Huge willingness and help with selection. I rate 5 * ;-)

Super ceny, zatím celkem malý výběr, ale je doplňován a na požádání je zboží naskladněno rychleji (pokud je v nabídce). Maximální vstřícnost vůči zákazníkovi. 6 hvězdiček z 5. I have not visited the stone shop yet, but I have excellent experience with the e-shop. Super prices, so far quite a small selection, but it is replenished and on request the goods are stocked faster (if available). Maximum customer service. 6 stars out of 5.

Balíček byl na to, že jsem objednával produkt, který nebyl na eshopu tak přišel docela rychle. Zkrátka a dobře supr obchod. This store is simply great, there are quite a few products on the e-shop, but I know from my own experience that after agreement with the seller, it is possible to arrange products that are not on the e-shop. The package was that I was ordering a product that was not on the e-shop, so it came quite quickly. In short, a good store.

Snaží se nabídnout alternativy, ochotně vykomunikovat dobré podmínky a poradit dobře s výbavou. Nic vám necpe. Je vidět. že prodejce airsoft zajímá. a proto to to také dělá. Nakupuji teď hlavně oblečení, protože se k airsoftu po letech vracím. Takže mi bylo objednáno rovnou ve dvou velikostech, kdyby náhodou, tak to také cením. Obchod nabízí zejména základní vybavení, ale nic není problém objednat. Děkuji a doporučuji. He tries to offer alternatives, willingly communicate good conditions and advise on equipment. Nothing clogs you. It's visible. that the airsoft vendor is interested in. and that's why it does. I mainly buy clothes now, because I'm returning to Airsoft after years. So it was ordered for me in two sizes, if by chance, I appreciate it too. The store mainly offers basic equipment, but nothing is a problem to order. Thank you and I recommend.

Můžu jen doporučit už jen z toho důvodu že je to jediný airsoftovy obchod v Olomouci díky rád přijdu zase ? Super approach ❤️ It is not a problem to get anything and especially the willingness to time flexibility, I ordered the goods on Sunday and on Tuesday it was already in the store. I can only recommend it only because it is the only airsoft store in Olomouc, thanks to which I will be happy to come again ?
