★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radi podporujeme male obchody v centru, do tohoto chodime casto, ale uz od toho asi upustime. Duvodem je chovani personalu. I kdyz jsme jedini v obchode, je pro personal obtezujici, aby nam v regalu ukazali, co potrebujeme. Vedouci prodejny a prodavackami klidne pred nami pomluvi zakaznika, ktery odesel. Sexisticke vtipky pana vedouciho na adresu prodavacek pred zakazniky jsou uplny ulet. Jestli chteji male obchody konkurovat velkym marketum, musi opravdu zacit o sve zakazniky usilovat. Milou a napomocnou obsluhu povazujeme dnes jiz za zaklad, ne bonus.

Although we are the only ones in the store, it is difficult for the staff to show us on the shelf what we need. The head of the store and the saleswomen will calmly slander the customer who left. The sexist jokes of the manager at the address of the saleswomen in front of the customers are a complete flight. If small businesses want to compete with the big market, they really have to start striving for their customers. We consider nice and helpful service today to be the basis, not a bonus.
