Po neobdržení objednaného zboží jsem 12. den volala do společnosti ohledně objednávky. Bylo mi sděleno, že některé artikly v objednávce nejsou k dostání. Domluvili jsme se tedy, že mi obchod odešle alternativy nedostatkového zboží. Nestalo se tak. Ani podruhé, ani potřetí. Po měsíci a půl těžkého nezájmu ze strany obchodu ruším objednávku.

After not receiving the ordered goods, I called the company on the 12th day regarding the order. I have been informed that some items in the order are not available. So we agreed that the store would send me alternatives to scarce goods. It did not happen. Not a second time, not a third time. After a month and a half of heavy disinterest on the part of the store, I cancel the order.
