s tím, že právě teď má jinou práci. Čekejte... Díky. Taky mám jinou práci. Stačil by mail, SMS - změna termínu objednání. Nebo pár slov na omluvu? Trochu méně arogance v jednání by neškodilo. Pár postřehů zákazníka, co přináší VW peníze. Asi o ně nestojí.

with the fact that he has a different job right now. Wait ... Thanks. I have another job too. E-mail, SMS - change of order date would be enough. Or a few words of apology? A little less arrogance in the negotiations would not hurt. A few customer observations about what VW brings. They probably don't care about them.
