Reklamace opravy udajne vadny vymeny dil, bohuzel po predani stejny problem topeni kouri/smrdi. Nasledne volali, ze topeni ma vadny ventilator topeni a ten se nedodava. Pri snaze se dohodnout co dal naprosta arogance a nulova snaha vec resit. Pan majitel mi osobne rekl at uz sem nechodim, ze se mnou priste vyrazi dvere. NEDOPORUCUJI SEM VUBEC JEZDIT HROZI, ZE MAJITEL S VAMI VYRAZI DVERE a navic vas muzu jako bonus celkem slusne obrat o penize.

Komunikace na bodě mrazu. Ovladač na auto (dálkový centrál)
by mi snad bez mojich 5 telefonátů ani neposali. Do mejlu pošlou cenu
celkem a pak vám příjde dobírka o 150 korun dražší něž máte na mejlu cenu celkem. Prostě v žádném případě NEnakupovat. Balné za malý ovladač o rozměrech 5*7cm chtěli 100 korun . Takže za komplet poštovné chtěli 243 korun !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo pána v kanceláři by tam měl být ten tmavovlasý mechanik, aby mi hned zprvu vysvětlil a pomohl vyřešit můj problém. Proto dávám kladnou recenzi a rád se tam kvůli němu vrátím.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V servise jsem si nechával opravit topení Webasto a dobíjení druhé baterie. Čerpadlo bylo opravené, dobíjení bohužel ne. Zjistili jsme to až při mrazivém ránu v zahraničí. Celková cena byla oproti jiným servisům poměrně vysoká. Navíc jsem si po převzetí všiml nabouraného vozidla, mechanik bohužel zapíral. Vyřešit celou věc stálo spoustu času a vyjednávání. Pokud můžete, doporučuji zvolit jiný servis.

The total price was relatively high compared to other services. In addition, I noticed a wrecked vehicle after taking over, but the mechanic unfortunately denied it. It took a lot of time and negotiation to solve the whole thing. If you can, I recommend choosing another service.

Podle některých recenzí tady jsem byla malinko skeptická, ale teď si to nedovedu vysvětlit jinak, než že je psala konkurence, protože s tak příjemným jednáním, férovostí a neuvěřitelnou rychlostí jsem se ještě v žádné firmě, která nějak souvisí s automobilovým průmyslem, opravdu nesetkala. Doporučuji všem! Velmi solidní firma!

Вийняли webasto, розібрали все розламали !!! абсолютно нічого не зробили, і взяли 50 евро за діагностику, навіть назад в автомобіль не склали обігрів.
НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ !!!
The worst service I've been to in 15 years (Nejhorší služba, ve které jsem byl za 15 let).
