★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím nejůžasnějši obchod na šperky ve kterym jsem byl pani na mne byla hrozne prijemna ( byla to kratkovlasa uplne dohola blondata a výrazně prostorna ) ale tak ne kazdy je dokonaly zejo prostě doporučuju jeste jenom TEPLICE GALERIE
 So far, the most amazing jewelry store in which I was a lady was very nice to me (it was short-haired, quite blonde and very spacious) but so not everyone is perfect, I just recommend only TEPLICE GALLERY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme zde byly nakupovat a prodavačky se k nám chovaly podřazeně a hrozně povýšeně. Myslím že k zákazníkům by se vždycky měla chovat slušně a nepovyšovat se.
Today we went shopping here and the saleswomen treated us inferiorly and terribly arrogantly. I think she should always be polite to customers and not be promoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupen prstýnek pro přítelkyni. Po cca 3 hodinách nošení vypadl kamínek. Tak jsem byl reklamovat a prstýnek mi v pohodě vyměnili. Po jedno dni nošení se stalo to samé. Opět reklamoval a ejhle, reklamace zamítnuta z důvodu deformace prstenu.... V reklamačním protokolu nic takového není uvedeno a prý jedinou možností je narovnání prstýnku za 315,- Kč.
Tohle si líbit nenechám a už jen z principu kontaktuji ČOI...
Bought a ring for a girlfriend. After about 3 hours of wearing, the stone fell out. So I was complaining and they exchanged the ring for me. The same thing happened after one day of wearing it. Again, he complained and lo and behold, the complaint was rejected due to the deformation of the ring .... Nothing like this is stated in the complaint protocol and it is said that the only option is to settle the ring for CZK 315.
I won't let you like this and I'm just contacting the CTIA in principle ...
