Moje zkušenost potvrzuje recenze níže: nepříjemný a neorganizovaný dispečink, taxi nedorazilo, což mi způsobilo problémy, absolutní nezájem ze strany dispečinku a neschopnost spojit se s řidičem. Moje stížnost zůstala nedořešená. Žádná omluva, snaha o kompenzaci. Ať žije MHD.
 I absolutely do not recommend. My experience is confirmed by the reviews below: unpleasant and disorganized dispatching, the taxi did not arrive, which caused me problems, absolute disinterest on the part of the dispatch and inability to contact the driver. My complaint remained unresolved. No excuse, no effort to compensate. Long live public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den předem jsem objednala taxi na letiště. V daný čas nikdo nepřijel. Volala jsem na dispečink a náhodou byl jejich taxi poblíž, ale dozvěděla jsem se, že zadání dostal před 5 minutami. Kdybych se neozvala, a náhodou nebylo auto poblíž, neodjela bych - na letiště! NESPOLEHLIVÁ služba, UŽ NIKDY VÍCE!!

I called the dispatch center and by chance their taxi was nearby, but I learned that he was given the assignment 5 minutes ago. If I hadn't called, and by chance there was no car nearby, I wouldn't have left - to the airport! UNCURRENT service, NEVER AGAIN !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechno špatně. Když si chcete taxi objednat, tak je vám řečeno, že si máte zavolat 20.minut před odjezdem. Potom vám sdělí, že nemají auto. Tak děkuji za takovou službu a za stres.
Everything wrong. If you want to order a taxi, you are told to call 20 minutes before departure. Then they will tell you that they do not have a car. So thank you for such service and for the stress.

We called the central and from that point on they decided to ignore our number and did not pick it up... I understand that the taxi driver did not want boxes in his taxi, but they could have told us and not ignore
