Large apartment fully equipped. Purely. No elevator.

Good location, clean, spacious apartment (for 6 people, three separate, lockable rooms). Service nice and trouble-free. RECOMMEND

The good .. the room, big clean. Worst? everything else, you go through the building and you can't think it is there because it is almost abandoned, not anywhere but the porterillo let you know that they are there. After finding it, we went up to the floor and a lady with a baby in diapers opens screaming, so far so good, we hired him for booking and we knew it was a house that rented rooms, we also knew that he spoke English, but in fact he only spoke POLISH, RUSSIAN, ARAB, AND CZECH. Total that we have to do the checking and the woman wanted to charge me 5 euros more, and I told her that because, that the reservation was so many euros, and I understood that it was because we had arrived early and told her, well then I I come and go then I don't care as long as I can leave my bags. The lady told me that not in Polish or Russian or I know and did not understand her and only knew how to shout at me as if I were deaf, or was to learn another language by yelling at me, then I used google trasnlate, I wrote in English and I translated it into the language she wanted, and she answered me in Russian ... and I told her but write it down that I don't understand you, and nothing just knew how to yell at me. I got angry and told him that I was leaving that he didn't want his room and told me to wait for his husband to come and he knew English. We went to the street in search of a WIFI to call booking and we met at the door to the husband, who knew English as much as I did from German, THANKS, HELLO AND GOODBYE. This man was Arab and only knew Arabic and Czech and according to English. Call booking to ask for a hotel change, they told me that a girl who knew checho was going to call the hotel to see if we understood anything, and they returned the call telling us that this lady wanted to charge us 5 euros for leaving our bags, when I had I sent a hotel-by-hotel email from which we were going to stay to see if they had luggage and they told me that if it was free, I sent the mail with the response of the hotel owner to booking and they told me that as an exception the owner of the Hotel did not charge me 5 euros. On leaving the hotel at 3 days, the owner of the hotel charged me for the change that came out of my soul and obviously charged me the 5 euros she wanted to charge me. For not arguing I took my bags and left. To say that I took this place because I had a washing machine and our idea was to bring little clothes to carry little weight and wash halfway, I mean Prague. The owner of the hotel did not let me use the washing machine, I had it locked, because she told me it was too late, (18). Then we showered and when we left to go downtown around 19, she was using the washing machine ...

One plus plus super location, everything and everything is close enough. But what about the accommodation and the cleanliness so minimal satisfaction that you are sorry, because I was glad I found accommodation in that place, but I will not go back there anymore. The carpet in the room flakaty and spinavy, the furniture was not long utrety from the dust or from the poured liquids from the previous guests, the cup was new, but neglected and spinava, absolutely not move after presoľlom leased and can say that in the shower we did not miss the one night , because I was afraid to catch some stuff. The really cheapest accommodation. And it is not the apartment, because the kitchen was common, we did not use it, so I would call it a room with my own cellar. I add some photos and I believe that the person who is in charge of this task will enter the conscience and will be cleared for the other guests.

It is accommodation in private, so anyone who prefers home comfort over the hotel room can only recommend. Location very good, quiet and connection to the center about 10min, both by metro, tram or even walk is a nice walk.

In itself it is a great apartment that offers a lot of space. Toilet and bathroom are separate, a fully equipped kitchen is available. You can quickly walk to the museum and you can also walk to the Vltava. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Booking and moving in went without a problem. However, the apartment was not exactly clean when handed over. I.e. all surfaces in the bathroom were dirty, the dining table had red wine stains from the previous tenants and the kitchen was also dirty. If the apartment had been handed over clean I would have given 5 stars as it was perfectly located for us (two young couples) and gave us the opportunity to use two separate rooms and a common living room.

Minuses: 1. Theft of things. After cleaning the room missing some things. The owner's answer is "This is not us." 2. Broken shower. Host response "Thank you for reporting." 3. Flowing ceiling in the toilet / shower. 4. It’s not so easy to get in the beginning. Just do not find and do not go, you need to contact the owner. It was a surprise for us, because there was no connection due to the lack of a local sim card. Ran looking for wifi. 5. There are no curtains on the windows, but the windows are large and the building opposite is nearby. Pros: 1. The location is normal. 2. Bar opposite for local. I am very sorry that I contacted. Impressions of staying in Prague are a bit clouded. I highly recommend it. Cons: 1. Thievery. After the room was cleaned while we were some of our things dissapeared. Reply from owner "That's not us" 2. Broken shower. Reply from owner "Thank you for for notification". Shower was not fixed 3. Leaking ceiling in the bathroom. 4. It's not easy to get in. The apartment is located in appartment building. No signs, no nothing. You have to contact the owner beforehand. Otherwise you can get a phone number. 5. There is no blinds on the window. No privacy. Pros: 1. The location is ok 2. The bar across the street is for locals.
