Best Authentic Japanese restaurant in Czech

K	Kostiantyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and service. But this restaurant is really trying hard to milk the customer as much as possible. You should be careful with any extras offered by the staff, there is no such thing like "a complement from chef" in this restaurant, everything is priced in. Be on warn when waiter asks you to try some appetizer because it very well could be the most expensive item on the menu.

I'm afraid to eat row fish in the Czech Republic, but in this place they serve very fresh fish what's very important for suchi. Be aware that it's a bit more expensive then middle price restaurant in Prague and the bill could be around 3000-5000 for both.

I ordered tempura shrimp and crab and it was nothing special at all. My friend ordered grill crab and it was amazing but too small. The place was not that pretty and for including 10% of service on the bill in cz, I’d expect the waiter doesn’t get upset when we try to split the bill, at least. As a result, I deduct 1 star for overpriced, 1 star for the whole experience with the staff who also did not wear mask not asked for covid pass. You can find same food or even better for much lower price and nicer places!

The food is extremely overpriced and not worth the money, we paid 200€ for an average palette and the tempura shrimp. the salmon in the sushi tasted foul, and the food in general felt low quality. Definitely disappointed, I don’t recommend this for tourists or people looking for good authentic Japanese food. A nice set up, but completely ridiculous!

I wasn’t expecting this to be the best experience I have ever had, however this really ranks up there with my favourites. This is a small restaurant with really cozy vibe and friendly staff. Sushi was amazing, one of my favourites I ever had. Other dishes we had were also great. Make sure you try toro and midori maki! I will be back when I’m in Prague again!

I asked them only a few days beforehand, but I recommend to contact them a week before the reservation just to make sure they will make the vegan tasting menu for you. The food they made was amazing, and it was a lot! Great sake, beer, and wine, and the service is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.
