Greetings, originally I didn't want to spread any negative things at all, but I have to. Do not contact this company at all to carry out any construction work or reconstruction. He does not do good work, Mr. Svoboda promises and the reality is completely different. The hired "workers" did not do a good job, and in the end you will still be calmly told by a man who has everything under his control .... He literally told me after criticizing his work: "You know, sir, we didn't do much more with you". If you want to save your nerves, time and money, I do not recommend this business to carry out renovations to call. List of those failed works: the plumber did not follow the diameters of the water drain line and had to repair the slope - this lasted 3 months. Waste water from the bathroom, kitchen and toilet connected to existing waste in risers, which was cracked - this did not bother them at all, even if everything is bricked up and in the event of any repair would have to break everything due to a piece of pipe. During the work I got another one, because the hired plumber had no time, because he was still somewhere in accidents (I was told). From the beginning of the reconstruction Mr. Svoboda knew that in the bathroom and toilet I would not want any tiles, that there would be trowels. Despite this, the newly made partitions were and are crooked both vertically and horizontally, see photo. Originally there should be a decent joint made of polyurethane sealant around the tub. Finally, there is a 28 mm thick molding. For some reason, a bricklayer installing a bathtub drilled a wall in about four places, then found it high, so he drilled below .... even though I told him that a microcemented spatula was already applied to the wall (isoplam) ). These holes after drilling was not afraid to cover myself because the material with microcement and polymer I had in the apartment .... but did not follow the technological procedure (as he could, to work with this trowel goes to train to Italy). He just mixed some powder (which he found in my apartment, not at all interested in which grain) with water and greased the holes himself (but instead of water is working with polymer). Moreover, on the finished trowel he drew a line, albeit by pencil, over the whole wall ... everything had to be sharpened again (greased holes and line see photo). These are just a few of the few unsuccessful. It only costs a few crowns ... right. In conclusion, I just do not recommend contacting this company at all. There is no problem to call before you start, but during the reconstruction Mr. "implementer" did not pick up the phone even a week.
