Dowiedziałam się o tym, po wykonaniu telefonu do firmy - nikt nie raczył się skontaktować, że jest problem. Nie rezygnowałam i kupiłam inną - Pani obiecywała, że ta jest od innego dostawcy i dojdzie na 100% i nie doszła. NIE POLECAM !!!!!!!!! A big negative. The item that is on sale is not really there. Sprzedają towar, którego nie mają i nie informują, że trzeba dłużej czekać. Właściwie cały asortyment, jaki mają można kupić w Polsce taniej i szybciej oraz co najważniejsze można negocjować ceny. Szczególnie niemiła jest polka - Karolina. Czech store based in Harrachov. I do not recommend. High prices and no negotiation options. Ponieważ buty Rossignol, które zamówiłem okazały się za małe musiałem je odesłać. Odsyłałem poczta na polski adres w Szklarskiej, zwrot pieniędzy przyszedł zgodnie z regulaminem. Ceny mają dobre, wiele przecen, a że nie chcą negocjować? Przecież cena jest na stronie. Pasuje-kupujesz, za drogo- szukasz gdzie indziej. 90 % procent sklepów internetowych oferuje towar, który po wpłynięciu zamowienia ściąga od producenta. Jak są operatywni to plus. Dzięki temu faktycznie w jednym sklepie można kupić sprzęt różnych firm. Osobiście polecam i chętnie jeszcze raz coś u nich kupię. Good ski shop. "Sklep internetowy prowadzony przez profesjonalnych narciarzy z Harrachova" w rzeczywistości można im przypisać tylko profesjonalne oszustwa i kłamstwa. Wstyd, że tacy ludzie próbują się nazywać profesjonalistami. Na stronie informacja, że produkt dostarczają w 3-5dni. Dziś mija 11 dzień i paczki nie ma. Towaru nie mają na stanie. Po interwencji mailowej dostaję odpowiedź, że w dniu jutrzejszym (8 dzień od zamówienia) zamówienie będzie wysłane. Zamówienie nadal nie wysłane. Kontakt telefoniczny - tragiczny - Pani odbiera, wmawia mi, że na stronie pisze, że dostępność 5-8dni (pomijam fakt, że i tak jest po terminie) a na stronie nadal doręczamy w 3-5dni. Ogólnie skończyło się wezwaniem przedsądowym do wywiązania się z umowy. Dalej już pewnie tylko zakup gdzieś indziej, sąd i obciążenie kosztami tej pseudo firmy... Moje zamówienie przeleżało u nich 3 tygodnie z tłumaczeniami, że czekają na towar i gdybym nie anulował w końcu zamówienia to pewnie przeleżało by ono u nich kolejne 3 tygodnie. Także jak już, to zamawiać u nich w czerwcu na kolejną zimę. Avoid a wide berth. they offer equipment that they do not have, they explain to suppliers as if they are not responsible for anything, no contact.
