★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na uřadu jsem si byl vyřídit výměnu občanského průkazu. Zaměstnanci byli ochotní, poradili jak se dostat na příslušné odděleni. Žádost bula vyřízena velmi rychle, do týdne. Na webových stränkách úřadu je možné se objednat na konkrétní hodinu, odpadá tak čekání ve frontě. Výhodou je dobrá poloha, kousek je stanice tramvaje i metra A Näměstí Míru.
U bočního vchodu z ulice Jugoslávská je babybox.
 I went to the office to arrange the exchange of the ID card. The staff were helpful, advised on how to get to the appropriate department. Request bull handled very quickly, within a week. On the website of the office it is possible to order for a specific hour, so there is no waiting in the queue. The advantage is good location, close to the tram and metro station Namesti Miru.
There is a babybox at the side entrance from Jugoslávská Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chválím živnostenský úřad, nejdřív mě úřednice při telefonátu upozornila, ze si mam vyžádat povolení k parkování na recepci a pak jsem byla nad míru spokojena při vyřizování živnosti.
I praise the trade licensing office, first the clerk warned me during the phone call that I should apply for a parking permit at the reception and then I was extremely satisfied with the trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem vzdy spokojena - zivnostensky urad, parkovaci karty, registr obcanu - vsechno slape super! Moznost online objednani - jen pozor!! - pokud mate prijit dle online objednavky na 7:30, vemte v patrnost, ze urad otevira v 8:00, takze i kdyz vam system rika, ze mate prijit v 7:30, smerujte to az na 8:00 - pri vstupu vas na recepci do budovy nepusti a cekate pak venku :-)
I am always satisfied - trade license office, parking cards, citizen register - everything is super cool! Possibility of online ordering - just be careful !! - if you have to arrive according to the online order at 7:30, note that the office opens at 8:00, so even if the system tells you to arrive at 7:30, direct it to 8:00 - when you enter do not let the building into the reception and then wait outside :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde kvůli výměně OP, jelikož mi starý propadl. Nečekala jsem ani 5 minut a šla jsem na řadu (chápu, ze toto závisí kolik klientu zrovna přijde, měla jsem štěstí). Na přepážce byla moc milá paní. Do dalších 5 minut bylo vše hotovo. Perfektní!
