★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup, maximálně spokojen. Přístup prodejce velice profesionální o servisu nemluvě. Nic není problém, kdykoliv mám jakýkoliv stupidní dotaz, poradí a pomohou. Už díky všem chápu filozofii a ducha Toyota. Jsem rád, že jsme koupili další auto této značky a to právě v Plzni. Po mnoha letech jsem přesedlal z Škoda a VW. Fakt to za to stálo.

Thanks to everyone, I understand the philosophy and spirit of Toyota. I am glad that we bought another car of this brand, just in Pilsen. After many years, I moved from Škoda and VW. It was really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá parta šmejdů. Při záruční opravě mi zapatlali na fungl novém ProAcu uplně celý interiér od oleje, podlahu jím dokonce polili tak, že pod koberečky byly kaluže. Ta je nyní zničená, protože situaci odmítají řešit a dokonce mi tvrdí, že vše je v pořádku. Celková škoda přes 15tis. Kč jen na mém oblečení a botech, zničenou podlahu nafouklou od rozlitého oleje nepočítám. Navzdory lžím o tom, jak budou situaci řešit dodnes bez odezvy. Nadále řeším už jen s ČOI a PČR.

It is now devastated because they refuse to deal with the situation and even tell me that everything is fine. Total damage over 15 thousand. CZK only on my clothes and shoes, I don't count the ruined floor inflated by spilled oil. Despite the lies, they will deal with the situation to this day without a response. I continue to deal only with the CTIA and the Police.
