★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prozovna měla před vánočními svátky zavřeno už den před uvedeným datumem dovolené. Nikdo se neobtěžoval upozornit na změnu nebo zkrácení otevírací doby, přestože je provozovna zároveň i zasilkovnou! Ani žádný lístek s objasněním, proč je prodejna zavřena, na místě nebyl. Já jsem z toho důvodu neměla možnost vyzvednout si dárky tak, jak jsem potřebovala..... Považuji toto za absolutní selhání a neprofesionální jednání. Tuto prodejnu už nehodlám navštěvovat.
The premises were closed before the Christmas holidays the day before the holiday date. No one bothered to draw attention to the change or shortening of the opening hours, even though the establishment is also a delivery room! Even a ticket explaining why the store was closed was out of place. For this reason, I did not have the opportunity to pick up gifts as I needed ... I consider this an absolute failure and unprofessional behavior. I do not intend to visit this store anymore.
