Wish I'd read reviews before i went absolutely horrible woman serving us, literally rolled her eyes at me, maybe don't be in the most popular tourist part of the city if you clearly don't like foreigners, Also never tried trdlo before but wasn't good from here was dry and looked burnt.. anyway I'll try it again somewhere far away from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream was pretty terrible. It had an artificial taste that was horrendous. The customer service was lacking. The texture of the trdelnik was off as well, being more like a soft pretzel.

Near my house in Australia way better service and delicious and just baked in front of you. (what an irony.. !!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, the worst trdelnik ever, it was cold and hard as a rock. I had to trow it away. The staff was completely unfriendly and just angry to have clients. And that’s not it, you have to pay 40kc if you want to use the restroom, without paper or soap. Don’t go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible trdelnik. As soon as I entered rude staff gave me a stale trdelnik from maybe a day or two before. If you want to enjoy your first trdelnik or want an overall positive experience eating one, DO NOT GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 with ice cream were awful and 2 more (classic & w/ cream) was fine. The women was rude and always switched to Czech even if you're talking in English. Good bye when leaving says nothing to them.

Asked if they spoke english - the answer was a "yes" while she was rolling her eyes.
After we ordered we had the feeling the cashier didnt give us all the change that was needed. After serving us and a group of 7 others that all spoke english, we went back to clarify it.
She suddenly didnt understood english as well. The group after us got a receipt - we didnt. But she assured us that everything was fine.
We still think that she tricked us, at least for a tiny amount of money.
Avoid this place, there are better Trdelnik vendors anyway.

If you dont like tourists....maybe change your profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst trdlo in Prague. The cake, ice cream, stuffing all feel fake. I regret not checking the reviews first :( And it's cheap, while the staff has suspicious problems with card payment.
