Высокий профессионализм врача Ян Паточка Ján Patočka помог мне спасти зубы. Работает под микроскопом, очень внимательный, обращает внимание на все мелкие детали. Во время чистки каналов, по 2-3 часа, я спала, а просыпалась с новым зубом. Очень рекомендую. Также хочу отметить очень приятную рецепшн, всегда готовую все объяснить.
The high professionalism of the doctor Jan Patka Ján Patočka helped me save my teeth. Works under a microscope, very attentive, draws attention to all the small details. While cleaning the canals, for 2-3 hours, I slept, and woke up with a new tooth. Highly recommend. I also want to note a very pleasant reception desk, always ready to explain everything.

Asi jako většina mám hrůzu ze zubařů. Hned ve dveřích se mne ujala velmi milá recepční. Po pár minutách a formalitách si mne zavolala sestřička na rtg a hned jsem na sebe 'praskla' obavy, strach a bohužel i nedůvěru - vzhledem ke zkušenostem v jiné ordinaci. Sestřička byla neskutečně milá a chapavá. Hned na to upozornila paní doktorku a obě se ke mně chovaly citlivě. Děkuji za takový přístup! Doporučuji!
Probably like most, I have the horror of dentists. A very nice receptionist took me in the door. After a few minutes and formalities, a nurse called me for X-rays and I immediately 'burst' on myself with fear, fear and, unfortunately, mistrust - given the experience in another surgery. The nurse was incredibly nice and gripping. Immediately she pointed out the doctor and they both treated me sensitively. Thank you for such an approach! I recommend!

Máte strach ze zubaře, nebo se stydíte před odborníkem otevřít pusu, protože jste ze strachu nebo zklamání z bývalých zubařů nikde nebyli? Tak tady nemusíte. Ještě jednou DĚKUJU VŠEM! A to od recepce, přes sestřičky až k panu doktorovi Růžičkovi. Dokonalost při každé návštěvě a zanedlouho se zas vidíme! :)

Dnesni zazitek uz vyeskaloval tak ze jsem se rozhodla ze necham zpetnou vazbu. Tuto kliniku navstevuji jiz pres rok a pul. Pan doktor Ruzicka je profesional a muzu jen jeho praci pochvalit .Citlivy a peclivy. Toto hodnoceni patri panim na recepci a celkovemu dojmu..ktery je dlouhodobe velmi spatny. Kde vidim obrovsky problem jsou slecny/pani na recepci a nektere sestricky co se na recepci pohybuji. Jedna se o privatni kliniku kde si platite za kvalitu a bezbolestnost zakroku velmi vysoke castky. Ceny jsou velmi vysoke a vy ocekavate urcity level profesionality a slusneho chovani. Dnes na recepci na me pani recepcni se sestrickou arogante zvysovali hlas, protoze jsem po 3 mesicich volani a zadosti o zabokovani terminu dopredu po extrakci zubu na implantat dostala termin opet az za 3 mesice nebo za pul roku, cemuz jsem se chtela vyhnout tim ze jsem od ledna prosila o predbezny termin na implantat az se posledni zub extrahuje. Bylo mi receno ze to nejde ze nemaji info od doktora. Prosila jsem tedy at se s panem doktorem domluvi, sedi 2 metry od nich. Na to se mi dostalo v unoru jen reakce typu domluvim se snim a ozvem se. ( nikdy se to nestalo ) urgovala jsem znova a slecna zapomela - ten samy den. Pak se jiz neozvala. Probehla ta sama debata pri dentalni hygiene. Kdy byl pritomen pak doktor v ordinaci, slecna na recepci ( cervenovlasa ) me PRESVEDCOVALA ze mi termin dat nemuze jelikoz mam jeste 3 kazy. Nacez jsem ji ujistila ze ne, ze vse je hotove a jde opravdu jen o vytrhnuti osmicky a nasledne reseni implantatu. Bez sance na domluvu... arogance a neochota na teto recepci zasadne vede. Dnes tedy doslo k vyvolani neprijemne situace pred klienty kdyz jsem po zjisteni pozdniho terminu apelovala na svou snahu planovat termin jiz od ledna nacez se do debaty primontovala blondata sestricka a arogante pronesla ze ONA VI, ZE ONA SI ME PAMATUJE DOBRE. ( Podotykam ze zadna ochota neprobehla ale slecna si me i tak pamatuje ze jsem volala se snahou se domluvit ) A ze jsem v lednu zrusila 2x termin - ano z duvodu Covidu a take jsem na dalsi termin trhani cekala 3 mesice. Slecna z recepce na me stale skoro kricela a jeste zkomolenym jmenem. Kdyz jsem ji opravila s opovrzenim pronesla, no tak pardoooooooon noooo. Sestricce jsem argumentovala tim ze jsou soukroma klinika a takto by se chovat nemeli, ze slena na me velmi zvysuje hlas celou dobu a ze je mi to velmi neprijemne. ( Ja na slecnu hlas nezvysila ani jednou ) Na to pouze odvetila ze se mi snazi pomoct a dela co muze a ze pozor, ze ne slecna ale PANI..( tady uz je zrejme velmi utocne neprofesionalni chovani ) Na to jsem jsem odpovedela ze Pani mi taky komolila jmeno a ze neni zrejmne od pohledu ze slecna je vdana. Za to mohe jmeno maji napsane... Na to prohlasila ze se preci nebudeme pretahocat o slova ( ikdyz sama na toto zautocila ). Mela jsem po 5 injekcich, narocnemu tahani zubu a siti... Tohle neni zrovna pristup ktery od personalu cekate. Doktori skveli, to muzu jen potvrdit. Ale za ty ceny by mel standart odpovidat i na recepci. Rocne tam nechavam pres 50tis. A minimalne dalsi 2 roky budu. Tj ctvrt milionu.. a na to aby na me kricely 2 pani z recepce protoze volam a prosim o rezervaci terminu na ukon dopredu a nikdo mi nevyjde vstric s vymluvama ze oni informace od pana doktora nemeli...to je hrozne. Nacez, rikam ale pana doktora mate tady za dvermi to jste se mohli domluvit preci, odpoved: Ano to mohli no. To uz si pripadate jak v blazinci. A kdyz jsem se rano pana Doktora osobne ptala, rekl mi ze ano zarezervovani terminu dopredu na implantat mohl klidne bez problemu probehnout.. Tak pak kde asi bude ten problem?....v klientovi? Nemyslim si. Chtelo by to profesionalnejsi tym na zakaznicke linii.Jsem velmi zklamana nizkym levelem neochotou, agresi a neprijemnosti se kterou se vzdy pri navsteve dockam, jak pres telefon tak i osobne. Zvazim zmenu kliniky, jen pro tento duvod. Moto kliniky na vlastnich strankach: Zakládáme si na tom, abyste se u nás cítili příjemně a byli ošetřeni bez zbytečně dlouhého čekání." ....
Today's experience has already escalated so I decided to leave feedback. I have been visiting this clinic for over a year and a half. Dr. Ruzicka is a professional and I can only praise his work. Sensitive and diligent. This evaluation belongs to the lady at the reception and the overall impression ... which is very bad in the long run. Where I see a huge problem are the ladies at the reception and some nurses who move around at the reception. This is a private clinic where you pay for the quality and painlessness of the procedure very high. The prices are very high and you expect a certain level of professionalism and decent behavior. Today at the reception, the receptionist and my nurse arrogant raised their voices, because after 3 months of calling and asking to block the deadline in advance after tooth extraction on the implant, I got the term again in 3 months or half a year, which I wanted to avoid by since January she asked for a preliminary date for the implant until the last tooth is extracted. I was told I didn't have the info from the doctor. So I asked to make an appointment with the doctor, sitting 2 meters from them. I only got a reaction to that in February, like I'll talk to him and get back to you. (it never happened) I urged again and the young lady forgot - the same day. Then she didn't call again. The same dental hygiene debate took place. When the doctor was present at the doctor's office, the young lady at the reception (redhead) CONVINCED me that the date of appointment could not, because I still have 3 caries. I then assured her that not everything was done and it was really just a tear of an eight and then the implant solution. No chance to make an appointment ... arrogance and reluctance at this front desk is a major leader. So today, an unpleasant situation arose for clients when, after finding out the late deadline, I appealed to my efforts to plan a deadline. (I note that no willingness took place, but the lady still remembers me that I called with an effort to make an appointment) And that I canceled 2 deadlines in January - yes due to Covid, and I also waited 3 months for the next deadline. The lady at the reception almost shouted at me and still had a distorted name. When I fixed it with contempt, I said pardoooooooon noooo. I argued to my sister that they are a private clinic and they shouldn't behave this way, that the sun raises my voice a lot all the time and that I'm very uncomfortable with it. (I didn't raise my voice at the girl once) She just replied that she was trying to help me and she was doing what she could and that she was careful that the girl was not Miss, but MRS .. she also told me her name and that it is not obvious from the point of view that the young lady is married. They may have written the name for that ... She declared that we would not fight for words (even if she attacked this herself). I had 5 injections, a difficult tooth pull and a mesh ... This is not exactly the approach you expect from the staff. The doctors are great, I can only confirm that. But for those prices, the standard should also answer at the reception. I leave over 50,000 there every year. And at least the next 2 years I will. That is, a quarter of a million .. and for 2 ladies from the reception to shout at me because I call and please book an appointment at the end in advance and no one will meet me with the excuse that they did not have information from the doctor ... that's terrible. Nudez, I say, but you have a doctor here at the door, you could have agreed that, the answer: Yes, they could. You already feel like you're in a madhouse. And when I personally asked Mr. Doctor in the morning, he told me that yes, booking the appointment in advance for the implant could easily have taken place. So then where will the problem be? .... in the client? I do not think. I would like a more professional team on the customer line. I am very disappointed by the low level of reluctance, aggression and inconvenience with which I always visit the docks, both over the phone and in person.
