T	Tomáš Koutný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme si zde s manželkou byli vybírat kočárek a autosedačku, hned po vstupu se nás ujala usměvavá slečna Gábina. Měli jsme nějakou představu o značce, pro kterou jsme jeli, slečna nám ukázala, co vše na prodejně mají, vše nám předvedla, odpověděla na všechny naše dotazy. Po vyzkoušení více kočárků jsme se nakonec i díky tomu, že jsme kočárky mohli na prodejně vyzkoušet ( rozebrat, složit, různě konfigurovat a hlavně i pojezdit) rozhodli pro úplně jinou značku. Málokdy se nám stává, že po nákupu v obchodě máme takto dobrou náladu a jsme rádi, že jsme nakoupili právě tady a to jsme sem jeli až z Přerova, po narození miminka sem určitě ještě přijedeme! Je vidět, že obsluhu její práce baví a o sortimentu ví fakt hodně. Děkujeme za Vaše rady a hezký přístup! Today my wife and I were here to choose a pram and a car seat, and right after entering we were taken in by a smiling Miss Gábina. We had some idea of the brand we went for, the young lady showed us what they have in the store, she showed us everything, she answered all our questions. After trying more strollers, we finally decided to go for a completely different brand thanks to the fact that we were able to try out the strollers at the store (disassemble, assemble, configure in various ways and, most importantly, drive them). It rarely happens to us that after shopping in the store we are in such a good mood and we are glad that we bought right here and we came here from Přerov, after the birth of the baby we will definitely come here again! It can be seen that the staff enjoys her work and knows a lot about the assortment. Thank you for your advice and nice approach!

Široký sortiment a dobré ceny. Parkovat se dá naproti ve dvoře, kde jsou 2 místa pro zákazníky. Great special not only for strollers, but also for other children's equipment. Paní se nám věnovala s ochotou kdykoliv jsme měli dotaz, pak jsme si procházeli prodejnou sami a prohlédli mnoho věcí bez asistence. Super zážitek, návštěva obchodu předčila naše očekávání. Pleasant staff who knew superbly not only about all the strollers and car seats in the range, but also about past models and brands that do not sell. The lady was happy to take care of us whenever we had a question, then we went through the store ourselves and inspected many things without assistance. Great experience, a visit to the store exceeded our expectations.

While researching for baby stores online, one of our primary requirements was the availability of English speaking personnel, and that's how we ended up visiting Trendy Baby. When we first visited this store, we came across Klara who was an absolute life savior for us. Not only did she guide us through the store helping us find several items that are required for first time parents, she even helped us carry the bigger items (like bassinet) in her own car. Just because of Klara, we ended up visiting this store almost every weekend every time buying stuff up to 10,000 CZK. Thank you Klara, you are a darling! I think you absolutely deserve a raise just for bringing our business in!?
