Nekdo z obchodu me kontaktoval telefonicky, ze bude chybet moskytiera, ale v cervenci ji poslou zvlast. Zadna pisemne potvrzeni, bohuzel. Do dnes me nikdo nekontaktoval a moskytieru nemame. Navic jsem obchod kontaktovala 3 tydny po doruceni kocarku, jelikoz jsme ho otevreli pozde a zjistili, ze se nevejde do vytahu. Zadala jsem o laskavost, zda muzeme kocarek vymenit za jiny (jeste drazsi), nedostalo se mi zadne odpovedi. Nakonec jsme koupili jeste druhy kocar Cybex Priam, ale moc dobre jsme vedeli, ze v tomto obchode nekoupime uz nikdy nic. Takhle neprofesionalni jednani se opravdu jen tak nevidi. In June, I received a Thule stroller, which was sold in a set with accessories. Someone from the store contacted me by phone that a mosquito net would be missing, but they would send it separately in July. No written confirmation, unfortunately. No one has contacted me until today and we don't have a mosquito net. In addition, I contacted the store 3 weeks after the delivery of the cat, because we opened it late and found out that it would not fit in the elevator. I asked for a favor, if we can exchange the carriage for another (even more expensive), I did not get any answer. In the end, we bought another type of Cybex Priam, but we knew very well that we would never buy anything in this store again. Such unprofessional behavior is really not easy to see.

Na dodani jsme se domluvili o nekolik tydnu pozdeji, kdy mi z obchodu sami predem zavolali a domluvili jsme se na vyzvednutí. Takze za me ? In the Vanda Store, we bought a cat, a car seat and a dining chair. The staff was nice and explained everything to us. We agreed on the delivery a few weeks later, when they called me from the store in advance and we agreed on a pick-up. Takze za me ?

Nejen, že mají krásný výběr, poskytují i prvotřídní servis, ale především je zde profesionální a velmi vstřícný personál, s vysoce proklientským přístupem, který poskytuje velmi užitečné rady při výběru kočárku, autosedačky i příslušenství, a to v zájmu konkrétního zákazníka, nikoli jen s cílem “prodat to nejdražší”. Rovněž zde neplatí, že by zákazník přestal prodejce po zaplacení zajímat. I následně jsem se zde setkala s velmi vstřícným přístupem a moc ráda zde znovu nakoupím. I presto, ze jsme hned v uvodu zminili ze se jdeme na kocarek podivat poprve a nemame v umyslu hned koupit, rozhodne o nas bylo skvele postarano ? I add to the other positive reviews, a very nice and helpful gentleman at the store, who showed us a few cats in detail, including accessories. Even though we mentioned in the introduction that we are going to see the pram for the first time and we do not intend to buy right away, it was definitely taken care of by us ?
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionální přístup. Byli ochotni v době covidu za bezpečnostních opatření nám pomoci s výběrem kočárku a vše nám ukázali. Nesnažili se nám vnutit to nejdražší, ale kvalitní kočárek. Kočárek po porodu hned dovezli domů. Řešili jsme pak reklamaci madla, která proběhla bez problémů, takže i reklamační bylo za nás v pořádku a za férové a příjemné jednání jsme velmi rádi. Děkujeme :) Professional approach. They were willing to help us with the choice of a stroller during the covid period and showed us everything. They did not try to force the most expensive, but a quality pram. They brought the pram home immediately after giving birth. We then solved the complaint of the handle, which went smoothly, so the complaint was fine for us and we are very happy for a fair and pleasant behavior. Thank you :)
