Bohužel si neváží zákazníků, protože v roce 2021 používají jako dopravce Českou Poštu objednáno 13.12. a stále po 8 dnech se nepohnul balík z jednoho místa. Po napsání přijde akorát automatická odpoveď, že nestíhají odpovídat a odpoví cca po 14 dnech. Chtěl jsem podpořit českou firmu, ale možná bude rychlejší cesta naučit se anglicky než čekat, že to pošta doručí. Váš tým čelí asi hodně dotazum z toho důvodu, že i na poště potom co mi to zvednul pracovník na depu řekl rovnou jestli voláte kvůli trezoru tak nevíme co s tím je a jste dneska už pátej kdo volá. Tak ty balíky odesílejte a možná nebudete mít dotazy kde jsou zásilky. Review a little exaggerated. Odpoveď z podpory zákazníkom, že ak 21 dní po sebe nebude evidovaný žiadny pohyb zásielky, tak hneď pošlú novú. Druhá zásielka prišla na tretí deň od odoslania. Chyba nebola na strane predajcu, ale slovenskej pošty.
