★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V listopadu 2020 jsem v autobazaru Trotina zakoupil vůz Alfa Romeo MiTo r.v. 2009.
Prodej probíhal v příjemném duchu, mohl jsem se dostatečně doptávat a auto řádně vyzkoušet. K vozu mi byla nabídnuta prodloužená záruka Protect. Jelikož se nejedná o nejlevnější produkt, dost jsem váhal, ale nakonec jsem této koupě využil. Zaplatil jsem okamžitým převodem, takže žádná hotovost nebyla potřeba.
Po cca měsíci mi z auta začalo kapat, byla mi uznána reklamace a těsně před Vánocemi mi byly v rámci záruky vyměněny steré hadičky a těsnění.
Na začátku července 2021 mi odešel alternátor - stářím. Oprava v hodnotě nad 10 000,- mi byla uznána z prodloužené záruky Protect.
Komunikace mezi servisem a bazarem byla vždy perfektní.
Děkuji týmu Trotina za výborný vůz a za ochotu řešit dané problémy. Věřím, že už další nebudou :).
Určitě bych zde koupil znovu.

 In November 2020, I bought an Alfa Romeo MiTo r.v. in the Trotina car bazaar. 2009.
The sale was in a pleasant spirit, I was able to inquire enough and test the car properly. I was offered an extended Protect warranty for the car. Since this is not the cheapest product, I was quite hesitant, but in the end I took advantage of this purchase. I paid by instant transfer, so no cash was needed.
After about a month, my car started to drip, my complaint was accepted and just before Christmas, the old hoses and seals were replaced under warranty.
At the beginning of July 2021, my alternator left - I am old. Repairs in excess of 10,000 CZK have been recognized under the Protect extended warranty.
The communication between the service and the bazaar was always perfect.
I thank the Trotina team for an excellent car and for their willingness to solve the given problems. I believe that there will be no more :).
I would definitely buy here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Купил там Мегана 2 за 75 000, при просмотре было понятно что надо менять розводы (ремень грм), и немного стучала подвеска. Причём продавцы при продаже пожимают плечами и не знают что там с машиной не так, а вот когда вы подписываете договор купли-продажи там целый список неисправностей, и как оказалось он был неполный. После покупки поехал на сервис, где оказалось что надо менять все пружины из-за сильной коррозии, все амортизаторы, шаровые опоры, рулевые наконечники, ГРМ, плюс капут катализатору -- сумма на ремонт составила 60 000. Перезвонил на автобазар -- сказали следующее: не дурите голову, какие пружины? Авто в в хорошем состоянии! Катализатор это из-за того что вы заправили некачественный бензин! И вообще вы нашли дорогого механика который вас обдирает! Не советую иметь с ними дело в общем

After the purchase, I went to the service, where it turned out that it was necessary to change all the springs due to severe corrosion, all shock absorbers, ball joints, steering tips, timing, plus a kaput catalyst - the repair amount was 60,000. I called back to the car market - they said the following: don't be fooled, what springs? Car in good condition! The catalyst is due to the fact that you refueled low-quality gasoline! And in general, you found an expensive mechanic who rips you off! I do not recommend doing business with them in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V lete 21 jsme koupili ,pro nas za dost penez,\30 000\mazduMPV. Pracovnik velmi ochotny a rychly.auto ale po prohlidce v klidu doma shnile a pozdeji v zime zjistena praskla hlava. Nase hloupost a smula.Jejich zase,bezpaternost,nabizet a nakonec prodat takovy krám. Autobazarum se priste vyhnu. Ale dekuji jim za zkusenost.
