Je videt, ze to nejsou menici dilu, ale opravdu mechanici s mozkem. I'm servicing the second car and I'm happy. Professionalism, human approach, interest in solutions, thoughtfulness and help with spare parts. It can be seen that they are not part changers, but really mechanics with the brain.

Jiný nejmenovaný Hradecký servis hrozný problém,to nejde a za pouhou radu čekají asi měsíční příjem. Fakt supere přístup i ochota. Jedině mužů doporučit. Nikam jinam už nepojedu. Dnes jsem však na místo obsluhy zůstal v údivem stát a neustále jsme oba čekali, kdy se nám bude prodejce věnovat. Nejdříve byl před námi zákazník. Ok. Pak telefon. Ok. Pak káva (ne ok). A nakonec zřejmě nějaké dokumenty. Vlastně ani nevím. Oba dva jsme odešly. Ještě stále si myslím : "Náš zákazník, náš pán!" A pokud si mne neváží, mé peníze si nezaslouží. A tak po spoustě let měním názor.... Snad Vy ostatní přijdete vhod po kávě a vyřešené účetnictví. Today, something happened to a colleague that is not suitable for this company at all. Today, however, I stood in amazement at the place of service, and we were both constantly waiting for the dealer to attend to us. First there was a customer in front of us. Ok. Then the phone. Ok. Then coffee (not ok). And finally some documents. Actually, I don't even know. We both left. I still think, "Our customer, our lord!" And if he doesn't respect me, he doesn't deserve my money. And so, after many years, I change my mind .... Maybe the rest of you will come in handy after coffee and solved accounting.
