Přestože měli práce až nad hlavu, nevyhodili nás a moc nám pomohli. Moc děkujeme a přejeme jen spokojené zákazníky. A ještě jsem dostal skvělou kávu, která mi v těžké chvilce zvedla náladu. Skvělý přístup k zákazníkovi, to už se dnes jen tak nevidí. Z Vašeho týmu by si měli brát ostatní příklad?????? M	Michael B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domnívám se, že prodej BMW musí mít nějaká specifika oproti jiným značkám. Moje zkušenost začala vcelku normálně. Zašel jsem do Stratosu a i přes hlášku, že mám "nárok na dvě zkušební jízdy" jsem se domluvil co chci a za kolik, podepsal kupní smlouvu, zaplatil zálohu. V této složité době jsem si nedělal iluze co bude, a tak jsem postupem doby akceptoval různé restrikce. V týdnu, kdy mělo být mé auto vyrobeno jsem měl telefonát s prodejcem - ve zkratce : "auto se nevyrábí, nevíme, kdy se bude vyrábět, ale do konce roku určitě ne, až se vyrobí tak vám ho budeme muset prodat o 9-10% dráž oproti kupní smlouvě, bylo by dobré kdyby jste odstoupil od smlouvy".... Po půl roce čekání výborná informace. Řekl jsem si OK, kašlu na to. Měl jsem koupené už zimní kola a gumy a tak jsem poprosil prodejce zda by mi nepomohl se jich zbavit. Jeho odpověď byla, "že se nazabývají prodejem kol a pneumatik". Závěr je, že jsem si koupil auto jinde. I believe that BMW sales must have some specifics compared to other brands. At this difficult time, I had no illusions about what would happen, so over time I accepted various restrictions. In the week when my car was supposed to be made, I had a phone call with the dealer - in short: "the car is not produced, we do not know when it will be produced, but certainly not by the end of the year, when it will be manufactured, we will have to sell it to you at 9-10 % more expensive than the purchase contract, it would be good if you withdrew from the contract ".... After half a year of waiting excellent information. I said ok, I'm coughing. I had already bought winter bikes and tires, so I asked the dealer if he would help me get rid of them. His response was, "that they sell bikes and tires." The bottom line is that I bought a car elsewhere.

e	eruda eurovič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak prosím Vás lidé dobří. Pokud jste se rozhodli pro značku BMW nebo zvažujete pořízení vozu téže značky, tomuto prodejci se vyhněte. Nebudu hodnotit prodej, to asi problém nebude a zvládne to víceméně každý podprůměrně inteligentní občan s pocitem nadprůměrnosti. Každopádně servis to je veliké téma a utrpení. To že základní oprava je u nich časově rovna projekci a sestavení modelu jaderného reaktoru je jedna věc. Ale ta komunikace nebo lépe řečeno nekomunikace je v dnešní době naprosto zarážející. O kvalitě opravy zde hovořit nebudu, jde o věc subjektivního pohledu a odborné diskuze:-) Neztrácejte zde svůj čas a energii, své peníze se pokuste investovat někde jinde. V případě tohoto uskupení neuděláte chybu ani s volbou značky DACIA. So please, good people. If you have opted for a BMW brand or are considering purchasing a car of the same brand, avoid this dealer. Anyway, service is a big topic and suffering. It is one thing that the basic repair is equal in time to the design and construction of the nuclear reactor model. But that communication, or rather non-communication, is absolutely startling these days. I will not talk about the quality of the repair here, it is a matter of subjective view and professional discussion :-) Do not waste your time and energy here, try to invest your money elsewhere. In the case of this grouping, you will not make a mistake with the choice of the DACIA brand.

Především panu Radovanovi a panu Pražákovi a všem technikům na dílně. Cestou na jarní prázdniny se nám pokazilo obytné auto. Naštěstí se nám podařilo dojet před servis Fiat Professional - Stratos Auto v Hradci Králové. I přes velký počet objednávek měli pochopení pro naši situaci a našli na dílně chvilku, aby identifikovali poruchu. Ale nejen to. Po konzultaci na dílně, kde nám ukázali poruchu a prodiskutovali celkové řešení. Stratos auto byli schopni do druhého dne zajistit součástky a provést celkovou výměnu brzd včetně ložisek na přední nápravě. Zajistili nám náhradní vozidlo a druhý den jsme mohli odjet na prázdniny s opraveným autem. Děkujeme. Vyřezat díry pro boční okna na Iveco daily a následné nalepení oken je něco otřeseného. Lepidlo teče ven z hrany, lemování vyříznutého otvoru je vidět i z venkovní strany. O dodělávaném nezávislém topení a protažení kabeláže ani nemluvím. Hoši zamyslete se nad tím jaké peníze stojí přestavba a jaká práce je po vás vidět. Hnus velebnosti.
