★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji, po podpisu smlouvy absolutni nezajem o zakaznika. Rekli, ze dodani vozu bude do 12 tydnu. V 10. tyden se ozvu, ze jak to tedY vypada, odpoved - auto bude do 4 tydnu. Ve 14. tyden volam a odpoved - auto bude v prvni polovine zari (tj. dalsi 2 tudny) a pokud ho nechcete, ja ho za den prodam nekomu jinemu - toto mi sdelila pani, super servis!! Dnes 10. zari znova na muj dotaz, ze co tedy, dosla odpoved, ze auto vyjde z vyroby pristi tyden a pak doprava a prihlaseni dalsich 10 dni.
Zadna omluva, zadne sdeleni, ze bude prodleva, vzdy se musim ozvat ja, abych se dozvedel to, co mi maji rict samy od sebe.
Zvazuji, ze uplatnim narok na nahradu skody.
I do not recommend, after signing the contract I am absolutely not interested in the customer. They said the car would be delivered within 12 weeks. In the 10th week I will hear that what it looks like now, the answer - the car will be in 4 weeks. At the 14th week I call and answer - the car will be in the first half of September (ie another 2 weeks) and if you do not want it, I will sell it to someone else in a day - this was told to me by the lady, great service !! Today, September 10, again to my question that what, then, came the answer that the car will come out of production will come a week and then the transport and registration another 10 days.
No apology, no announcement that there will be a delay, I always have to call to find out what they have to tell me on their own.
I consider claiming damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od tohoto salonu jsem si vloni brala auto, vše bylo v pořádku, letos jsem sháněla zimní kola. Ochota p. Hejzlara byla opravdu veliká i přes nouzový stav, vyřídil na centrále cenu, která nebyla v ceníku, kola objednal, ani nechtěl zálohu. Musím jen doporučit. Sice je to pro mě z ruky, ale nedám na ně dopustit. Což se nedá říct o autosalonu Louda v Teplicích. Tam mě tedy velmi zklamali. Neochota, nezájem.

Mr. Hejzlar's willingness was really great despite the state of emergency, he arranged a price at the headquarters that was not in the price list, he ordered the bikes, and he did not want a deposit. I just have to recommend. It's out of my hand, but I won't let them. Which cannot be said about the Louda car show in Teplice. So I was very disappointed there. Reluctance, disinterest.

We had to contact the company several times since we did not receive the car, and the representative promised again and again a new waiting time which was never true! The girl from this company never approached us, and we have to contact her all the time to know why the car was not ready. We were not happy about the delay, and the representative was so unprofessional that she told us that if we didn't want to wait then she could offer it to others. It has been almost 5 months and we do not have our car. Please offer a better customer service, clear and honest information and professional staff. We would like to get the email from the sales Manager since the representative we are dealing with has not been helpful at all.
