Bohužel po první schůzce, kde nám byla slíbená osobní návštěva kvůli přesnému zaměření, už pan majitel přestal komunikovat. Pokaždé když jsme pak volali, abychom se připomněli, tak jen nasliboval další termín. Takhle už se to táhne od poloviny ledna a trpělivost nám došla. Takže už nemáme zájem a jdeme hledat jiného truhláře. Pro truhlářství Šamšiňák jsme asi malá zakázka kterou pohrdá... Every time we called to remind ourselves, he just promised another date. This has been going on since mid-January and we have run out of patience. So we are no longer interested and we are going to look for another carpenter. For Šamšiňák joinery, we are probably a small order that he despises ...
T	Tomáš Kvapil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potenciální zájemce o služby truhlářství Samšiňák bych touto cestou chtěl varovat a ušetřit jim zbytečné starosti. Krom naprosté nespolehlivosti co se týče termínů, jak už se uvádí v předešlé recenzi, kdy jako příklad můžu uvést dodání schodiště po více jak půl roce od objednání, jde navíc i o nekvalitu práce. K tomu mohu zmínit jeden příklad za všechny a tou je dvoupostel v ceně cca 50tis. Kč, která se po 4 letech začíná rozkládat, přičemž reakcí pana Samšiňáka na naši reklamaci bylo jen to, že oprava bude stát x tisíc, ale ani slovo ve smyslu „to mě mrzí“ apod. Mimo to, když už jsem souhlasil s opravou za úhradu, tak po 9 týdnech čekání se stále nic neděje a to se vracíme opět k té nespolehlivosti v termínech.
