★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi ochotný a znalý personál, zejména pan Sádovský. Sháněl jsem určitý typ zapletených kol ale skladem by byly až na jaře. Ochotně mi navrhl adekvátní náhradu, vše jsme si upřesnili a do týdne, tak jak slíbil, mi kola zaslali. Velmi kladně hodnotím jak přístup, tak i znalosti prodejce.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Mr. Sadovsky. I was looking for a certain type of tangled wheels, but they would not be in stock until the spring. He willingly suggested an adequate replacement, we clarified everything and within a week, as promised, they sent me the bikes. They evaluate both the approach and the knowledge of the seller very positively.
