Ambulance vaa poslou na ultrazvuk kde obdrzite informaci ze akreditovana pani primářka je na schuzi a at pockame tak pul hodiny. No po hodine a pil stale nic pani primarka schuzuje a pacienti at si cekaji. Lepsi peci jsem jeste nikde nezazila. So you come to the emergency room with a child who is less than a year old and has fallen on his head from a doctor's office. Well, after an hour and a drink, the mayor is still meeting and the patients are waiting. I have never experienced a better oven anywhere.

Chtěla bych poděkovat panu Mudr Leonidu Gilevovi a sestřičkám na chirurgické ambulanci,kteří dnes 17.2 ošetřovali mého 8 letetého syna, který byl vystrašený.Nevěděl co ho čeká,pan doktor a sestřičky vše vysvětlili.Super přístup.Byli všichni moc hodní.Chválím i personál na ultrazvuku ,pan doktor Bažant Jiří i setřička super. D	Daisuke Kuro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvě hvězdičky pouze za lidský a profesionální přístup pana MUDr. Keštránka, MUDr. Volfa (a jeho týmu sestřiček) a sestričkám z mikrobiologie. Ostatní personál, převážně mladé, zdravotní sestry, které si snad myslí, že spolkly veškerou moudrost světa, jsou arogantní a pacienty doslova odsekávají, tak ty by měli být znovu proškolené, naučit se základům slušného chování a uvědomit si, že pracují s lidmi. Two stars only for the human and professional approach of Mr. MUDr. Kestranka, MUDr. Wolf (and his team of nurses) and nurses from microbiology. The other staff, mostly young nurses, who perhaps think they have swallowed all the wisdom of the world, are arrogant and literally cut off patients, so they should be retrained, learn the basics of good manners and realize that they work with people.

Přijeli jsme tam s čerstvě zlomenou rukou ne jen že jsme čekali půl hodiny než náš přijmou i když byla čekárna úplně prázdná a ani nebyl nikdo zrovna uvnitř ale ještě když se šel dělat rentgen tak pán nám krásně oznámil že jim nejde elektřina že neví jestli jí ten rentgen vůbec udělá naprosto úžasný ? personál je naprosto nepříjemný každému nadává ve stylu jo vy děláte tohle za všechno si můžete sám nebo vyšetřují pacienty stylem tady máte čípek a nashle a pak se druhý den probudíte v sanitce protože vás najdou doma na zemi v bezvědomí.. pak dojedete do nemocnice a ještě vás znovu sjedou že si za to můžete sám to je prostě vrchol když se něco stane ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI CHODIT DO TRUTNOVA to už je reálně lepší dojet si do Hradce tam vás aspoň vyšetří pořádně a neléčí si na vás své vlastní mindráky. Absolutely appalling emergency. We arrived there with a freshly broken arm, not only did we wait half an hour before they received us, even though the waiting room was completely empty and no one was inside, but when he went to do an X-ray, the gentleman beautifully informed us that they didn't run out of electricity. the x-ray will do absolutely amazing ? the staff is absolutely uncomfortable everyone swears in style * yeah you do this for everything you can do yourself * or examine patients in style you have a suppository and goodbye and then you wake up in an ambulance the next day because they find you unconscious at home .. then you go to the hospital and they get you again that you are to blame yourself, it's just the peak when something happens I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO TRUTNOV It is really better to drive to Hradec there at least they will examine you properly and do not treat you own mindsets.
J	Jitka Pohlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejsem zrovna nadšená touto nemocnici. Byla jsem s dcerou na oddělení interny. Miminka čekají na vyšetření v průvanu a zimě . Délka vyšetření je samozřejmě dle potřeby to je samozřejmé. Dcera byla na sonu srdíčka potom šla do vyšetřovny dal jí poslali na plicní . Celkově tam strávila čas od 9 hod. Do 12.30. Nejvíce mě šokovalo když přivezli pacientku a sestra šla na vyšetřovnu stím že pacientka není očkovaná a má příznaky covidu . Tak kam s ní mají jít . Sestra řekla tady máte trest ale jinak to je jedno . Úplně mě zamrazilo . Viděla jsem tam miminka , starší lidi a hlavně nemocné lidi pro které by nákaza covidem mohla znamenat velké zdravotní potíže . Jak se tohle může stát v této době kdy nás všechny nabádají k dodržování pravidel . Je mi s toho smutno I'm not exactly thrilled with this hospital. In total, she spent time there from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. I was most shocked when the patient was brought in and the nurse went to the examination room saying that the patient was not vaccinated and had symptoms of covid. So where are they going with her. The nurse said you have a punishment here but otherwise it doesn't matter. It froze me completely. I saw babies, elderly people and especially sick people for whom covidem infection could mean great health problems. How can this happen at this time when we are being encouraged to follow the rules? I'm sad about that
