 I used the service company, but the staff was nice and helpful. I got a spare car of the same category as mine. There was no problem and any questions were explained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestoval som do ČR zo Švajciarska a v Prahe sa mi poskodilo luxusne auto znacky Audi. Najskor som navstivil servis Auto Jarov, kde ma prijimaci technik doslova odbil, ze zistit zavadu a vobec pozriet sa na auto moze az o niekolko tyzdnov a ze ak chcem zavadu riesit v ramci zaruky (auto je nove), tak ho tam mam nechat a oni sa o niekolko tyzdnov nan pozru. Nasledne som zo servisu odisiel a navstivil nedaleky servis TUkas Hostivar, kde mi prijimaci technik povedal ze su plni, no napriek tomu moje auto prijal, otestoval a zavadu odstranil, aby som vobec mohol pokracovat v ceste. Odporucam tento servis a budem ho navstevovat pri dalsich servisoch mojho auta.
I traveled to the Czech Republic from Switzerland and a luxury Audi car was damaged in Prague. I first visited the Auto Jarov service, where the receptionist literally blew me away, that I can find out about the defect and look at the car in general for a few weeks and that if I want to solve the defect within the warranty (the car is new), I should leave it there and they take a look at a few weeks. Subsequently, I left the service and visited the nearby TUkas Hostivar service, where the receptionist technician told me that they were full, but nevertheless accepted my car, tested it and removed the fault so that I could continue on my way. I will recommend this service and I will visit it at other services of my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good garage, employees don't speak very well English but they have a couple of people who really do their best to still help you out by using translate. They adapt to the customers need. Not too expensive for a licensed Audi Garage.
Alternative transport is available, aswell as a drop off service who brought me to work after dropping off the car in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and professionalism. The work is done on time and on budget, and after searching FOREVER for an honest and reliable mechanic in Prague, I'm really happy here. To be fair, it's slightly more expensive that some random indie place, but they guarantee their work and you can trust that they've done what you paid them for.
