★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsem zajel na servis, že potřebuji jen vyměnit pojistku - prý se mám objednat a počítat s tím, že si počkám tak dva týdny :-( To jsem ještě nezažil. Paní na recepci se mi k tomu vysmála a vyhnala mě pryč...
Rád bych odpověděl na odpověď Tukasu:
Nechápu, jak můžete odpovídat na něco, o čem nemáte ani potuchu. Už po příchodu jsem paní řekl, že mi asi pojistka odešla kvůli špatné zastrčce a stačilo snad podívat se do pojistkové skříně a pak navrhovat co se bude dít dál... Jak můžete od počítače napsat, že se jedná o něco složitého. Mimochodem pojistku už mám vyměněnou, zabralo to mechanikovi pár minut u konkurence.
A nepatřičné chování vašich recepčních je evidentní. Prostě se mi vysmály. Přijel jsem pracovně oblečený, asi kdybych si vzal kravatu, tak by se mohly přetrhnout.
Jste fakt líní a drzí amatéři. Mimochodem s podobným jednáním jsem se v minulosti setkal i u vašeho servisu Škoda. Asi to máte ve firemní politice - zkusit odhadnout, jestli se jedná o chudého nebo bohatého zákazníka a podle toho ho buďto vyhodit nebo ho obrat...
 So I went to the service station, that I just needed to change the insurance - I said I had to order and expect to wait two weeks :-( I haven't experienced that yet. The lady at the reception laughed at me and drove me away ...
I would like to answer Tukasu's answer:
I don't understand how you can respond to something you have no idea about. As soon as I arrived, I told the lady that the fuse had probably gone due to a bad plug, and all I had to do was look in the fuse box and then suggest what would happen next ... How can you write from the computer that this is something complicated. By the way, I have already replaced the fuse, it took the mechanic a few minutes with the competition.
And the inappropriate behavior of your receptionists is obvious. They just laughed at me. I arrived in work clothes, so if I took a tie, they could break.
You are really lazy and cheeky amateurs. By the way, I have encountered similar behavior at your Škoda service center in the past. You probably have it in company policy - try to estimate whether it is a poor or rich customer and either throw it out or turn it around ...

Ale za to milá recepční nabídla kávu a bylo lépe ?

But for that the nice receptionist offered coffee and it was better ?
