The owner of the "music pub", as his own business defines, leases the building of the former municipal power plant, built in 1909 according to the design of the prominent Art Nouveau architect Dušan Samo Jurkovič. The interior is stylishly furnished; that is, style in the sense of a mixture of something that could be called pleasant junk, but above all still retaining functionality. The most important (apart from the stage for musicians) is the bar, which is very well equipped with its content. The owner tolerates quality drinks and likes to pass on his life experience in this area to significantly younger guests. In addition to quality spirits, the company offers occasional tastings of beers from small breweries; however, the permanent flagship of the company is Hron in Náchod. The main thing here is the music and everything that happens around the punk style. The Boskovice turbine is also known by prominent bands of this current and they are happy to return here. It is clear that this venture stands and falls on the owner, who is a fan of punk and other alternative directions, not only in music. In this distinctive atmosphere, it is surprising that it is also possible to eat very well here; Mr. Boss is a really good chef. The nice thing is that when he buys and prepares ossobuco, he does not serve it on a half-empty plate with a few decorative splashes of sauce, but makes an honest cream sauce with dumplings and presents his very tasty creation more clearly - veal knee. It is not possible to evaluate the Turbín club by classical standards. Anyone who would focus on the cleanliness of the toilet, the speed and friendliness of the staff and other attributes that the guests of ordinary restaurants watch, would be horrified. However, this establishment is not intended for tourists who want dessert and frappe after dinner. The members of the community that meets here are clearly satisfied and this is the only relevant assessment.

Great beer, Mayor Hron, Bernard, excellent gastronomy. A specific environment that does not suit everyone, a large unattended garden. I like it here. The most distinctive element is the owner himself, the bartender and the chef in one person.

A place with a great atmosphere, good beer and at the time of our visit, there was also an excellent gulas on offer.

So I do not know .. the owner very nice. But food for some bad. I can't judge.
