Describes nearby parking which is actually some 3.5km away so when my parents decided to move out on the second day The Manager was very rude, abrupt and totally unprofessional in his attitude towards my Mum not at all impressed! I am afraid we are no longer living in a Communist Era perhaps he should go on a course to learn people skills as well as how to treat his customers! It also describes this place as a paradise for cyclists yet cycling is prohibited all the way along this track! Very misleading and unprofessional, rude behavior towards his customers!

Although it is called a paradise for cyclists, cycling on the access road (3.5km) is prohibited. It was impossible to communicate with the Manager neither in English nor German. When we decided to move out on the second day, the.Manager became frustrated and rude. Afraid we will not be returning- booking.com has a wrong description! I shall complain to them separately.
N	Nikolas Petrov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service, overpriced food that tastes awful and it takes ages for the staff to take your order. Ribs have no meat on them, the soup is basically water with flour and glutamate and the pancakes are so tiny that one can basically eat them within 1 minute. The person in charge was incredibly rude to the point we thought he would attack us - he shouted at us, he refused to acknowledge us for 30 minutes and he insisted that we should tell HIM the number of our tables since he forced us to pay at the bar (he couldn't be bothered to bring us the bill to the table). We left with him calling us obscenities because we wanted to pay an order of 120 czk by card. Some people left before anybody even talked to them because of how incompetent the service was. Stay away, I have never seen so many red flags in one place.
J	Jonny Te Huna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my girlfriend were very pleased to be able to enjoy great food and very good beer after the walk from the carpark. We both had the goulash which was awesome!!! The best since we been traveling through europe. We can't speak Czech but this was no problem as the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the walk.
